I can see why Absolute Electric earns stellar reviews. First time I called I spoke to Shauwn, the owner. He was very personable and answered all my questions without rushing me. After my fixtures arrived I called on Monday to make an appointment. They scheduled me for 7:00 AM the next morning which was perfect. The job could get done and I would still have time to get to work. Normally I would have to take a day off. I received a phone call later on Monday confirming my appointment and who was coming. Juan called me promptly at 6:45 AM Tuesday morning and arrived at 7:10. I had him remove two track lights and a flush mount fixture. He installed a chandelier over the dining room table. He took the time with me to make sure it was centered and the height was correct. He installed a semi flush mount fixture in the kitchen and a flush mount fixture in the hallway. Everything went well and he explained what he was doing. The job took about 3 hours and everything looks great. I received a follow up call at midday and was asked how the technician performed, etc. I said I could not be happier. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. He recommended an upgrade to my panel that could protect the appliances, etc. in my home as I plan on getting new ones fairly soon.

Absolute assisted in re-wiring 2 connections for a washer/dryer unit where we were having issues with the outlets handling the load. They were punctual, professional and provided a great service at a reasonable cost. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others. Thanks for your help!

I called the and set a time for an estimate. They came Friday morning, gave me an estimate. When said we needed it done as soon as possible, the gentleman got on the phone and scheduled the service for that afternoon. By the evening the work was done and we could continue on with project that was being held up by these needing to be moved.

Electrician arrived on time and was friendly/affable. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of Generac generators and answered questions easily. Performed regular maintenance on the unit, which had not been serviced in some time. Went over details of what he was going to do and provided overview. Liked the experience so much we put the company on contract for two years. Electrician: Michael.

The repair team was Juan and Ryan. They arrived on time after calling a half hour ahead of their arrival to let me know they were on their way. We had lost power in one circuit in the house, but I could not find a tripped breaker in the main panel. Juan and Ryan systematically tested all the breakers in the panel and, when no breakers were found to be faulty, Juan explained that they would spend some time checking visible junction boxes. After a few minutes of doing so, they found a loose connection in one switch box. Juan explained that code required them to make certain changes to the switch and the wiring connections. He gave me the (minimal) cost estimate before they did the work. They fixed the problem quickly. Juan explained a couple of products that he felt would be beneficial to us in the future, but did not do a high-pressure sales job. I have used Absolute Electric three times now and every experience was pleasant. I definitely will use them again.

We've hired Absolute twice now and both times working with them has been easy and stress free. I had never hired an electrician before them so I don't have a point of comparison but suffice it to say next time I need electrical done they're the people I'm going to call.

Mark arrived on time and was so polite. Even wore those blue booties over his shoes. He immediately went to work assessing the problem; wrote a proposal which was reasonable & we accepted, and then Mark set off to complete the work. Mark was very professional and quite nice. We will ask for him again! He also cleaned up.

They came out and checked the electric flow, very friendly and professional, they were prompt and they do care about their buiness and customer service.

Overall, I think the process went well. However, I was told by the electrician that there was some wiring that couldn't be replace easily. Also, later when the electrician had to look at my circuit box he immediately tried to get me to discuss upgrading/replacing all of my wiring at the "reasonably cheap" price of about two thousand dollars. I explained that I was not in the market to spend that kind of money at the time, and I would be happy to discuss the matter further when the repairs were completed. He must have asked me at least two more times about the circuit box replacement which I did not appreciate.

Installed my attic fan and it went off without a hitch. Perfectly installed and no roof leaks. Best thing is it's guaranteed for life not to leak and if it does leak they will come back and fix it. It's working like a charm.

Marcus was on time and within the four hour window that was given. The installation of the exterior outlet took about 45 minutes and he kept me informed of all that he was doing as he installed the electrical out. When the project was more expensive then his original estimate due to a necessary change in material, he provided me with a 10% discount. Once he was done, he showed me exactly what he did and how it worked. He was professional throughout the whole time he was on site. A very positive experience.

It went very well. The two guys who came to do the work were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions prior to starting the work. I would use Absolute Electric again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

SqJuan arrived on time and ready to work. I wanted to have a chandelier replaced with a recessed light fixture but upon removal of the chandelier, we realized that it would not be possible. Juan gave me several options and took the time to explain each one so that I could make an informed decision. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once I made my decision, he acquired the light fixture I needed to replace the chandelier in the manner I chose. He worked quickly and expertly. I would definitely call this provider again for all future electrical needs.

This is the second time Absolute Electric has been to our house in a month (two different jobs). Both jobs were done expertly, quickly and at a fair price. The technician, Juan, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. For this visit, I sent an email asking for an estimate and the entire job was done in less than 24 hours! Company is very responsive, flexible, easy to work with and follows up on the jobs. The work was done properly, the installations look great, and Juan took great care to do the work without damaging any drywall or other things nearby. I will definitely call Absolute again for any electrical needs. Good show!

I work commercial construction, so our home reno work has largely been homeowner DIY. However, we knew that we needed a professional electrician to help with moving and replacing fixtures for the guest bathroom. The old wall fixture had no box - just wires in the wall - and the outlet was not GFCI protected. This is an older house, and we wanted to ensure that electrical our guest bath was brought up to code and that fixtures and outlets were safe for a semi-wet bathroom setting. Went to Angie's List to find some help! Absolute Electric seemed highly recommended (now, I can corroborate that this is for good reason). Jon Mekuto, with Absolute Electric, was scheduled to come in, take a look at the work needed to be done and provide an estimate. We went with his estimate immediately, and he completed work, same day. All of this happened within just a few hours. Before coming to our home, Jon called ahead to give us a timeframe, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was honest and open in discussing the challenges we faced with updating the electrical in the bathroom, and gave us what I felt was a very fair estimate. In completing work, he had to adjust around drain pipes and wall studs to make the new box and new location for the over-vanity sconce work. Still, he minimized drywall damage and installed everything to meet code and safety standards. He was incredibly polite, easy to get along with, and he explained his approach and reasoning. Felt very trustworthy. I know we plan to do more work on this home, and I will happily call in Jon // Absolute Electric to help in the future.

I called late morning and they were at the house by early afternoon. The technician went way above and beyond the call of duty in investigating the issues and correcting the problem situations. I was extremely pleased with the service and I will definitely call this company if I need electrical work done in the future!

Mark showed up promptly in the morning. He was professional and answered every question I had. He explained what he was doing and he cleaned up after he was done. We will use this company again for any future electric work. The secretary was also very polite and called upon completion to check my satisfaction.

It was determined that there was loose connections in outlets, reverse polarity, poor or no grounding, wires capped off inside boxes that should have been spliced. The main issue was ceiling fans installed approx. 15 years ago did a poor install job and was the main cause of the issue. Lucas corrected all of the issues to include replacing duplex outlets and switches and corrected wiring from the ceiling fans. I would recommend Absolute Electric and the professionalism of Lucas!

From the first day of the work, the company was extremely unprofessional and negligent. The company blew a circuit and did not inform me. I found out later that day my sump pump and other appliances were short-circuited and no longer working. When I called Absolute Electric to tell them what had happened, they did not take any blame on themselves and went onto say that the sump pump was already broken. However, the entire circuit (that they were working on) was blown, making it crystal clear that Absolute Electric was to blame. Therefore, I had to call in an emergency plumber to replace my sump pump, at an additional cost to me. Absolute Electric has still not taken any responsibility for this. Furthermore, when I called Absolute to ask a question, they were extremely unhelpful and rude. They would not take my requests into consideration and did a poor job overall. The employees that came were unprofessional, not knowledgeable about the work, and could not answer my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy. Absolute Electric is in the business of customer service and I can assure you that you will only be disappointed if you choose to go with them.

No problems encountered. Enlightened had an estimator come first in early evening hours to determine what we wanted and where, and to give us a demonstration of what the lighting would look like. He then gave us the cost and time frame for installation. They arrived when expected and completed the job in one day. I will definitely use them again if we decide to expand on our outdoor lighting. The lights are attractive and functional!

We had some problems with the batteries that did not last long.
