I called several roofing company and they are all busy with total roof replacement jobs. It is amazing that right after I submitted my job inquiry at Home Advisors, I got a call from Nhoj. He is a very nice pro to work with. Very nice personality and professional, he took all pictures on the roof and explained to me the theory of leaking. He then explained to me how he will fix the issue for good. It is very logical and convincing. The price is very reasonable, he also provided written invoice and put warranty on the paper. This is the type of service every home owner welcomes. I have already put his contact info in my favorite lists. Thanks Nhoj!

He was very thorough in his inspection of the leak on the roof, which involved pictures of the cause and damage. He gave a very reasonable, as well as, affordable quote and performed the repair work the same day. He was very professional throughout the entire time he provided the service. I strongly recommend him.

I cannot rate the work quality because I cannot see it (I had a repair to my roof). Unfortunately, I cannot say whether it was value for money or not because, again, I cannot see the work to evaluate it. However, based on my interaction with Nhoj, I think I would probably be satisfied the work was completed as discussed. It was unfortunate that his phone ran out of juice to take the after photos.

A Atlantic Services was the only company to return my call on a Sunday and made time for me Monday morning. I had water coming in my master bathroom because of a roof issue. Nhoj reached out and came to my house early Monday morning and was able to show me the issue and fixed it while he was there. Doing this in the rain (thankfully there was a lull in the rain storm) with rain in the forecast for the next 10 days. I am so appreciative of his time and effort. When your customer service is this good, you can promise I will recommend this company to others. Thank you so much.
