Although she was on time, she was very frazzled about dealing with traffic to get to my condo, which is in downtown DC. She charged $125/hr for consulting. She did confirm ideas I had about furniture for my home office, and helped me with ideas for furniture for living room and bedroom, which were very helpful. She then suggested the most expensive window treatments for my windows in the kitchen, living, dining, and office space from a certain company,and later quoted me $6000 for just the treatments, even though I told her that I had a budget which was less than $10,000 for two entire rooms.

Tricia was extremely professional from start to finish. In addition to ordering all of the product, she oversaw the entire installation, even parts she was not directly involved with. She was a great troubleshooter and made herself available whenever we needed her. Her design ideas really respected our taste and our overall vision for the house and space, not just the basement.
