Jonathan and his team did an amazing job with our basement remodel. Attention to detail was impeccable. When we went to walk through we couldnâ t find anything that they missed. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we love our new living space!!

Jonathan and Jeff and their crew was AWESOME! Had some unexpected delays but other than that they did GREAT! Our basement turned out WONDERFUL, very pleased with their work! Want more work done to my home and I am definitely going to hire them! Great job guys, thanks!!

The overall project delivery, workmanship, and value for the money spent is remarkable. All work completed within original budget and timeline except for minor changes that we added mid-flight. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and all materials used on the project. Kudos to all the workman that Jeff and Jonathan hired. They all demonstrated true professionalism, were expert in their trade, and showed respect for my ideas and feedback. Great job!

Great service and quality. All the workman knows their job, single POC for all communications, mostly stick with the schedule, gives lot of flexibility to choose the cosmetic material. One warning - be diligent when documenting the contract as any changes, modifications are very expensive. Overall very satisfied with the work and professionalism and resultant basement.I would definitely recommend them.

Best homes did an amazing job on our basement. Jonathan, Jeff and his crew were very skilled and knowledgeable and delivered exactly what we asked for! There were some unexpected delays but they got it done efficiently and beautifully and within a reasonable time. They never compromised on quality. We loved nearly everything about these people. They did excellent work and the transformation of our garage into a family room was remarkable. The one frustration was that we often did know when they would be coming to work. We understand this is something most people face with contractors, but it was a bit frustrating. They were exceptional in every other way.

These guys did an amazing work. I call out Jeff who was the Project Manager. Very responsive guy. I did my entire basement and put wood floor in rooms. Excellent quality of work. I would be more than happy to recommend them to others. They also finished in time.

Great quality work. They brought my thoughts to reality. Sometimes work seemed to slow to a crawl. Added about two weeks to the project. Not sure if that was bc of the scale of the project but final result justified it.

Best Homes did a fantastic job on remodeling my bathroom. My new shower is all tile and it is beautiful. They also replaced the flooring, vanity, and painted. I also had a handicap ramp installed with this project. They kept everything clean. I would highly recommend them

We used Best Homes to assist us in remodeling our 1,000+ foot basement. We were extremely pleased with the results, as their work far exceeded our expectations. Their price was fair and competitive with other companies we looked at, and their work ethic and the results achieved were outstanding. We worked initially with Jonathan, and then later in the construction process worked with Jeffrey (his brother) and his crew, and they were always professional, courteous, honest and helpful. We contracted with Best Homes to complete a major renovation of our house prior to sale. Best Homes provided a timely quote, showed up when they said they would, and did outstanding work on the house. They completed major sheetrock repairs throughout the house, painted ceilings, walls and cabinets, installed new engineered hardwood flooring, installed many new light fixtures, replaced dated switches and plates, and replaced dated hardware. When a home inspection identified a few issues, Best Homes returned and made corrections. They stand behind their work. The work that Best Homes did has received many compliments from realtors and potential home buyers.

We hired Best homes LLC to finish our basement which was around 2000 sqft, they did excellent quality of work, on budget, within promised timeframe. I would recommend Best Homes for someone looking for similar project to be completed.

Jonathan and Jeff did a great job! They are very patient and understanding. We remodeled our upstairs to add a master bathroom and replace all the carpet with hardwood floors. Jonathan was very fair with the price when we wanted to change our initial plan. I highly recommend Best Homes!

Johnathan (the owner) never showed up for the appoinment. Never called or emailed. When I called to see where he was, the lady on the phone said what do you want me to do? I can reschedule you. Definately not good service, and still never followed up. They must have to much business to care about my money.

Jonathan is a great salesman. The work that his employees did was so incredibly bad that there is not ONE wall, in my entire 5,000 square feet home, that does not either show screws or tape or rough spots. In all honesty the entire house needs new drywall! They came back once to fix something but did such a terrible job **fixing** it that we do not want to deal with them or the mess they would create, **fixing** it all. We had a curved wall that he assured us that his crew was capable of doing. They were not. Even Jonathan said to rip it out. They redid and it still was not right. My builders carpenter, ripped it out and redid it correctly, at my expense! They wasted so much drywall it is a wonder they make any profit. I can not express how incredibly bad my drywall looks!

We hired Jonathan and his very capable crew to renovate the main level of our house. The services performed were: demo kitchen, remove old hardwoods and carpeting throughout the main level, drywall patch/repair and prep for painting, remove old light fixtures, remove handrails, newel posts and spindles and prep stairs for new hardwood, paint ceilings, walls, doors and trim throughout the main level and into the upstairs hallway, install prefinished solid hardwood throughout the main level and up the stairs and throughout the upstairs hallway, install new, custom stain-matched handrails, newel posts and spindles, install new light fixtures (to include recessed lights, ceiling fans, foyer and kitchen lights), add a wall and install custom reclaimed wood floating shelves, install new quartz countertops, solid wood cabinetry, farmhouse sink, faucet, appliances, custom wood range chimney, and ventilator (to include installation of new outside ducting). We would not hesitate to hire Best Homes again. Jonathan was never more than a phone call, email or text away. He was prompt and eager to resolve any issues or answer our MANY questions. The daily crew were on time every day and were exceedingly polite, knowledgeable, respectful and eager to perform high-quality workmanship. All change orders were met with enthusiasm and prompt quotes. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe. Our satisfaction with every aspect of the job was a top priority for everyone. Jonathan, Jeff, Carlos, Homer, Hector and all of the team are top-notch individuals. We truly appreciate and respect these gentlemen. We received quotes from multiple contractors. Jonathan was the only one that we had an immediate sense of trust and confidence in. The quality and value of Best Homes work is unmatched.

We needed to have our kitchen remodeled badly. Jonathan was highly recommended. After talking to him and comparing his plan and 3-D graphs, we decided to hire him. We were very involved throughout the process. He was open to our design suggestions and they impacted minimally the original quote. The team was excellent. They all have great attention to detail and they are very organized and clean. Jonathans quote included everything we needed. He gave us the address of the places we needed to go to pick the cabinets and counter-top and we were very very happy with the quality of the materials. We did not need to upgrade them. And the end product is spectacular! We absolutely love our new kitchen. I love cooking in it, hanging out and simply looking at it.

We hired Jonathan and crew to redo our kitchen and finish our basement at the same time. The team was great, always on time, and worked with me when I wanted to make last minute changes. We have been very pleased with the way both the kitchen and basement came out.

After deciding to finish our basement, we got multiple quotes ranging from cheap contractors trying to cut corners all the way to the very expensive, exclusive contractors pushing the most premium finishes. We decided to work with Jonathan and his team because they were knowledgeable, honest, and felt that the value of what they were offering was perfectly in line with our needs. Our basement is now finished, and we get so many compliments from anyone who sees it that we have recommended Jonathan to our friends who also need remodeling work at their houses, not to mention we will hire them again for any other projects around our own home.
