Mark and his team did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained details of the work to be done. The drywall, painting , and caulking work was very done very well. They prepped and cleaned the area after the work was done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mark Guerrero and his team did an awesome job; you cannot detect any signs of the repaired section. My very picky neighbor came to see the repair. He said "impressive" and asked for their phone number for any future projects he might have. They are very professional with great customer service. I rate them excellent and recommend them. I needed professionals to hang drywall, install an exhaust duct and hang doors in my basement. Mark Guerrero was very quick to respond to my request on Angi and had guys on site the following week. It was a big job, requiring 130 sheets of drywall and Mark said it would be a two week job to allow for drying, sanding and painting. He was right on the money. His team showed up promptly every day and were very courteous and respectful of the project. Mark is an outstanding communicator and partner who proactively calls if something needs attention or if there might be a delay. In short, Mark Guerrero is the professional partner that I could rely on i give him an unreserved recommendation.

Mr. Guerrero and guys do a outstanding job painting our mobile home. He and his staff of guys are very professionals when they work. If u need someone to paint call him.

M. Guerrero Remodeling put an end to the huge hole, I call a vortex, behind my garage door. After i attempted and quickly found it to be more than I could handle. I was given a estimate and they held to their word. They were quick, very clean, and didn't leave anything behind but a perfectly matched wall! Will definitely use again!

The team was on time, and they cover everything before they started to paint, and his team move my furniture back in place. They did an amazing job. I was very please with the results. I will be using M. Guerrero and team again.

I hired them for bathroom remodeling and flooring projects. There were many issues throughout the project. They don't arrive on-time and some days they don't just show up at all even after confirming the time of arrival, and you can't reach them. They don't cover furnitures around the area they are working in. After cleaning layers of dust from my bed, I started to cover the furniture myself. Close to the end it go so bad and they actually start damaging the furniture. I'm left with broken bed and dozens of badly scratched up furnitures. They actually didn't do they promised to do. They didn’t fix core issues in my flooring and bathroom remodeling was bad as well. Things are not aligned properly, no caulkings, leaking shower etc etc.

I have used them 2x for drywall repair and CANNOT speak highly enough about them! I am extremely PICKY and OCD and they have completed the job with PERFECTION both times! Definitely a customer for life!

drywall repair and handyman services

Due to a water leak, I needed a drywall repair done as we were selling our home and had an appraiser scheduled for 2 days. After reaching out to M. GUERRERO Remodeling, he immediately returned my call and after a brief discussion of the work being requested, provided a very fair price and assured the work would be done prior to the home appraiser. HIs team showed up the next day and performed a seem less repair. They taped off the entire room to ensure no dust entered the rest of the home. Team was professional, polite, and had a high attention to detail.

Great, they did an excellent job, fit me into the schedule on short notice, showed up on time for both the quote and for the job, completed the job in one day, and it looks excellent. I plan on using them again in the future for other projects.

It didn’t go well. Within a week I noticed the cracks in my ceiling drywall reappear except this time, worse than before. I contacted the contractor and was told he was out of the country but he would have his brother contact me to schedule time to come back. I never heard from his brother and texted two more times where I received a response saying he didn’t know when he’d be back. I asked for my money back and never received a response. Now I’m stuck with the same issue I started out with and lost about $1500.

M. Guerrero Remodeling did a fantastic job at my home for my projects! When I met with Mr. Guerrero (the Owner), he was extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time providing me with an estimate and recommendations for the project, start to finish. Mr. Guerrero even worked with me to fix a drywall issue for both of the projects. I am very particular with home projects, and they knocked it out of the park! I had received other quotes, but none were even close to what Mr. Guerrero offered, and he even used my materials (other companies would not). After reading other reviews on Angie's List and Yelp, and meeting with Mr. Guerrero, I decided to give his company, my business. From the moment the crew came on-site, they worked expeditiously, were extremely friendly, and their work was impeccable - they cleaned as they worked and were very meticulous in how they completed the both projects. In fact, the tile work his crew performed, was a complete surprise (and I loved it) – they installed the tile in a pattern I would not have even thought about. In addition, the electrician he had on the crew, was fantastic as well! Also, the builder had left 2 quarter-inch gaps on both sides of a piece of granite I had, and the crew meticulously fixed the drywall so that you would never know that the builder had left ANY gaps at all! I couldn’t believe it! The crew did such a nice job, I am hiring the crew to come back and do additional work in the future. Given Mr. Guerrero and his crews' attention to detail and his desire to ensure I was a happy customer, I would have given him 10 stars on this review if I could! Every time I look at the projects, I feel like it was just yesterday that they were here. If you are looking for high-quality remodeling work at a reasonable/fair price, make sure you contact M. The work performed was fantastic. His team is professional and courteous. The work required framing, lighting, speaker install, painting, and more. They were very flexible and accommodated my last minute requests. They were on time every day and totally respected our home (COVID aware, cleaned workspace, covered furniture, etc). Satisfactory Work Professional On Time Good Communication Will hire again

Mr. Guerrero hung drywall over an old plaster-lathe ceiling in a bedroom I was remodeling. It was a more complicated job than normal drywall projects. He responded immediately to my request for a bid and visited the job site providing an oral estimate and time frame. His crew showed up on the scheduled day and did an excellent job of both hanging and finishing the drywall. They cleaned up each day and left the job site in better shape than when they started. I would definitely contact again for future jobs.
