Basically, gets the job done in the least time and without leaving any loose ends. Offers valuable advise and recommendations as he proceeds. When he leaves, your computer is ready to get your job done reliably, the way you want it, or you know why.
Description of Work: Computer system examination, adjustment, improvements. Update software tools and adjustments to improve efficiency, security and speed. Corrected some software program deficiencies. Advised on potential additional improvements in computer and program operation through procedural changes/improvements

+ -1 moreThey provided a very good service for a very reasonable price. I was surprised to find someone to make a house call and charge what they did. I have not had the problems I had before the repair.
Description of Work: Bluescreen came to my home and cleaned up the hard drive on my Mac. The job took 2 hours to complete.
