Description of Work: The Williams Brothers removed a dead tree from our backyard. Because of the placement of the tree they had to use our neighbor's driveway. They were very respectful and efficient in completing their task quickly and cleanly.

Description of Work: Williams team cut down a very tall double-trunk tree in a tight space between house and a fence. They were very careful to avoid damage to our house and also the close neighbor's house. Cleanup was immaculate, even hauled away a pile of sticks we had accumulated. Followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!!!

Description of Work: My husband and I went through a mightmare with this company! We were charged for services they never did, charged for mows they never did! they charged us for 17 mows and were maybe our 7 of those 17. We tried to stop their services but since we never put it in writing they kept charging us. also, the co owner or owners brother Joseph Williams showed up at our house one day ringing the doorbell, banging on the door, threatened me when I opened the door that he would "do whatever it took to me to get his monies" He was asked repeatedly to leave, my husband went out to talk to him and it again escalated and we had to call the Augusta Co sheriff to have him removed from the property! We went to court, and because I never wrote a formal letter firing this company I lost my suit but the judge ordered them to remove all finanace charges from the bill, which was not done. I ended up having to pay! This company has hadwritten logs and use that as proof, well anyone can write a log. My husband witnessed their crew sitting at sheets or the shell station when they were supposedly mowing our lawn! We found holes in all their stories. The worst part is because if the threats of Joseph Williams, we moved from our house! I was afraid to go out at night and afraid of what he was capable of doing!

This former customer stopped paying for services. We performed mowing as well as some bed maintenance and mulching. Our landscaper worked with the customer to ensure a project that was within the clients stated budget. We did the work and the customer failed to pay. They also stopped paying for the mowing services we performed. We were never notified to stop services in writing or otherwise. We made numerous efforts to collect, mailing and emailing statements and invoices. We stopped by to speak to our clients since all other efforts had gone unanswered. This visit enraged them. Subsequently, we took them to court to collect on payment and were awarded the entire balance due. This situation was unfortunate. We do not often have clients fail to pay. However, when we notice a client getting behind we make every effort to contact them find out the situation and work with them as best we can to make arrangements for repayment. This was a rare situation, the details of which are not accurately expressed in this review.

Came out and wrote a quote without asking too many questions. I thought they were going to leave the wood from the trees but they took it when done. I wasn't home when they came. Left grounds in good condition though. No debris left anywhere. Was way overpiced for the amount of time they were there, especially since they took the wood. I'm sure they sold the wood and made even more money. Had to wait two more weeks before they came and ground the stumps. They left that debris and still haven't had a chance to clean it up. Would probably use again but would definitely ask more questions and look at the workorder closer before approving.

We are sorry there was any confusion over the scope of the work we did at your home. It is always important to review the estimate because all of the information is detailed there - what is to be done with the wood and the stump grinding, special equipment necessary, pricing, etc. We often encourage people to get multiple estimates from reputable, certified companies. Then you can compare apples to apples and choose the best estimate. We also encourage questions- if something is unclear, ask us- we can certainly clarify any item you have a question about. We think it is important homeowners know what they are spending their money on. When stump grinding is part of the scope of work we always get utilities marked so we do not inadvertently hit one. Often trees will be located on top of or in very close proximity to utilities and it is important to have clear markings to avoid causing damage to a utility. Because our work is so weather dependent it is difficult to schedule work too far in advance. So when we have tree removals with stump grinding we will wait to call and have utilities marked until we actually have the trees down. This way we can be sure to have the clearest markings possible. This is why there is a delay between the time we do the removals and the time we do the stump grinding. Safety is our biggest concern.

They came when they said they would. They gave us a very honest estimate. They followed through when they said they would. Even after the job was done they followed up with us and made changes. I am very happy with them.

The workers work as a team well and all efficient in performing their duties.
Description of Work: Large chestnut oak tree removed, trimming and dead weeding 5 front yard trees. Fertilization, aeration, pour seed, trim shrubs, weed control program in early spring, late spring and fall. Lawn service, mowing, trimming from April to October. Sodding of yard in spring, November & December. Removal of leaves, vacuuming and hauling away.

The pond treatments are handled by Joe Williams. We called him for an estimate and he explained the process and treatment options very thoroughly. He came out and looked at the pond and then scheduled the service for early the following week. Joe came out and administered the chemicals and explained follow-up treatment to us. The pond cleared up drastically and the follow-up chemicals made it to appear very blue and pretty.
Description of Work: Williams Brothers gave us an estimate to treat algae in our approximately one acre pond. We found their price to be reasonable compared to "do-it-yourself" kits. They were prompt in scheduling the service and administered the treatment in time for an event we were holding. The pond looked wonderful and we would be happy to use them for continued service.
