Description of Work: One Day At a Time is owned and operated by Thomas Riley. We had an awful water leak from a pipe that destroyed our downstairs flooring. We were told by several contractors that we would need to wait at least two weeks before they could get to our repairs (due to their hectic schedules). My husband literally bumped into Thomas at our local Lowes, and we found a gem! Tom had one heck of a job ahead of him! Our subflooring had to be repaired and resurfaced and then he had to install new hard wood flooring. We also had him complete a tiling job, and we plan on using his services to renovate our kitchen in the months to come! He is an amazing man, and it was a blessing for us to meet him! He has been honest, punctual and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We found his pricing to be great, and he has exemplified integrity through his complete openness and honesty! We will continue to use his services for all of our "home owner's needs"! He is indeed licensed and insured. . .My husband just didn't bring any "old contractor" home from Lowes! I have been so pleased with him and his work!

+ -1 moreHe came up to us while we were doing yard work, handed us a flyer and a business card, told us what he is able to do and for better prices. We started talking about the issues we had with roof, he gave us a price and we hired him on the spot. Met him to get materials, he had our leak and horrible roof fixed in TWO DAYS, clean up and all, he was on time, and didn't stay too late. it was a great new start. we plan on calling him back and having him fix some issues in house next.
