This is the 2nd time Tim McCracken has painted our house and we hope he is still painting houses when it it time for it to be repainted in the future, although we hope to not wait so long in between in the future. Weeds and saplings were trying to grow up under the deck and through the lattice deck skirt. He cleaned these out and laid landscaping cloth down under the deck to prevent regrowth. Very courteous, professional. Very efficient with his time yet does a high quality job. Very careful and thorough with prep work prior to painting. Neat and careful to not get paint where it shouldn't be. Cleaned everything up at end of each day and stored ladders and other work materials where they weren't in the way. Worked pretty tirelessly 8 full days through heat wave in 90s. Doesn't paint areas that don't need it (the redwood trim parts of the house were still in good shape). Discusses what needs to be done v. could be done v. not necessary to be done and how to do the job in a way that is mindful of owner's budget. Very happy to recommend him to others.
