He went above and beyond as he not only changed my locks but also helped reset my door since it was dragging to ensure my home was safe and my doors were properly functional. I would definitely recommend Jenkins Security to others.

Description of Work: They re-keyed two Emtec locks for me, repaired one that was sticky in just few minutes. Nice. |Turns out the can also order some hard to find handsets and deadbolt for our house. If you have something difficult to find or fix I would try them first.

Description of Work: they drove 93mi one way to help me as I was locked out of my house due to an electrical storm (power off) and my door key would not work. The technician from Jenkins Security was the only vendor to answer the phone. After exhausting all the local locksmith telephone numbers Angie's List provided, he agreed to drive the distance to get me into my house. It was well after midnight BUT he was cordial and helpful and fixed the front door lock (tumblers were out of line) so now my keys work just fine.

+ -1 moreService person came to the house and changed the locks soon after purchase. He made the comment that we needed additional locks based on where we live (not appreciated), but, overall was pleasant and got the job done promptly.
Description of Work: New set of house keys made. Good service, good price. Disliked commentary that I lived in a "bad neighborhood", but, chalk that up to ignorance. Would use again.
