+ -1 moreI deal a lot with different computer repair people. This is one that I trust and would recommend to others.
Description of Work: I had three dead computers. Not one even showed the startup screen. I'm pretty good at fixing computers myself, but was out of my league. Mr Gilbert came, game me an overview of what was wrong, and went diligently to work resurrecting them. He couldn't finish them all in the time allotted so he will need to return, but I have been very impressed with his knowledge, abilities, patience, and understanding. He had the thumb drive and software with him to quickly and efficiently start wiping out the thousands of viruses on the worst, and gave me some longer term instructions on the other two.
