This company performed contracted insurance work on my kitchen cabinets after water damage. In the process two of my cabinets and countertops were damaged. Ray then ignored insurance and myself when asked to pay for damages and return my cabinets back to me that his employee took with him to “fix” so we could start putting the kitchen back together. This has prolonged any kitchen progress due to them keeping my personal property with no obvious intentions to return or rectify this situation.

Finally the last straw was on the 3rd pickup of a 100yr old dining room chair that was 'loose/shaky' overall. It needed reassembly and re glued to strengthen it. They did that and dropped it off in a hurry. Two weeks later in the sun light, when I was on the floor cleaning, I noticed that the wooden 'bottom cross rung' of the chair was totally cracked in half, a sloppy glue job, varnish remover hand/finger prints on the entire chair, and the 'buttons' wood to cover the screws, two of them were cracked. ALSO many gouges on the other rungs and the chair itself were apparent. Scratches, NOT touched up or anything. THE ONLY THING wrong with the chair originally was its looseness. NOW it is severely damaged, THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF MY 'NICE' last three phone calls. =================== The company does NOT care, has very lousy repair people, and the owned David is very nice, a real 'buddy' etc and kind, but the service AFTER HE TOOK the checks ,, and they ONLY take cash or checks, no charge cards,,,,, does not call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A ND TELL ALL YOU FRIENDS! I am totally heart broken that my mothers antique furniture is now really broken and damages, worse than before any repair attempts. DEAL company's farther away, and more costly,, (these were NOT cheap) and get better service.-)
Description of Work: Service was done is THREE pickups, different items. Upon return of repaired items,, MORE damage was done on the item,, that was NOT there in the first place, when taken from home. REPAIRS were done, but additional damage was also NOW done on the item. Reporting this to them when they were there at the delivery time,, they looked at me like I am crazy/lying. Such as gouges, stains, overspray's of solvent remover, even fingerprints. Ok they touched it up and was somewhat ok. Then the 2nd pickup, of a 100 yr old cedar chest,,,,, they were to repair ONE cracked leg. Upon return it was totally cracked, glued, they broke the other rear leg, but glued it, and upon delivery dents many were on the front bottom, etc. Again they said what,,, are you sure we did that???? NOTHING can repair dents in the wood. They used a magic marker to touch up the 'white' lines in the dents to match the stain.
