They are just like all satellite providers. They are really good to the new customers and then they slowly tighten screws. We had bad service after the storm. Every time they raise the bill we cut some channels.

Technician was right on time, very cordial and professional, and made sure I understood how the system operates before he left. He also left me with his contact number in case issues arise in the future! Very good experience.

I was shocked at how much less it was than another company. The service that they provide you, you can out hundreds of movies in it and then go back and watch them. I was so impressed with them. We got a note from them saying that our year is up and the rates are gonna go up but it's still $30 less than what other providers cost. But it is really good. It has so many channels in it and I record movies everyday. It has 360 channels. We have a box that can hold up to 452 movies. We never had to deal with the customer service or had them come out to do anything yet.

Dish Network is okay except for when it rains or storms. Every once in a while I have to call and explain what is wrong and they are pretty patient while walking me through checking the connections and other things.There are some things that I do not understand.

I got a good deal from. They provide good service. I haven't had any problems with them. I would continue to use them and I have been using them for six or seven years.

I'm not too happy with them. I didn't want to get long-term services. They sent me a two-year contract; I wasn't too happy about that. They call after I pay the bill sometimes, which is annoying because I get the bill in my email.

We like the price and everything about them. The price I pay includes four televisions that I have and 250 channels or more and HD. My husband also has the sports thing. Our overall experience with them is excellent.

We have about eight Televisions connected in our home and that seems like that is something that the other providers don't do. They may connect you up with four but we have eight TV's connected to receivers. That gives us the opportunity to have television in out rec room, each of our bedrooms, family room and kitchen. I think they are a little high but for the service they are worth it and I am willing to pay it.

I have been using them for 10 years. They are pretty good. I like them better than most of the cable outlets and another satellite company. Occasionally it will pixilate but I don't loose service, not ever. Their price is better than the cable companies but not much better.

The service is good. I have used their services for about five years. They are prompt, and professional. Their rates are reasonable.

The only thing I can say about Dish is they are cheaper than Direct TV. They are good and their prices are good but they don't offer enough smaller packages. I guess I am with them because of their price but I would rather have Direct TV. I complained to them a couple months ago; they said I would get two months of free movie channels and then they were supposed to cancel it. I called them to cancel it and I asked if I would be charged; they said no. The next time, I guess they fixed it. Their prices are great and I like the local channels but there is not enough movies for the price I am paying for the package. I hardly get any movie channels but I can get local channels. Right now I will continue using them.

They were out at my house within three hours to fix the problem. I really have good service from Dish Network. I have no complaints, but probably would have complaints if I didn't have the insurance. I think the insurance is the way to go because you don't know when something is going to come along inside or outside the house. With the insurance, you're covered. They generally are really good about being responsive and the guys always give me their number so I can get a hold of them if I have a problem a couple of days later.

I feel I get better service with satellite. With cable, the network would go down and I wouldn't get to watch my shows. With Dish Network, there's rarely an outage, and I find the cost to be much better. I get a couple of hundred channels, such as the History Channel, ESPN, the big three networks, Discovery, the Weather Channel, Max, FX Network, and so on.

I really like them, especially as they provide a bunch of extra items and discounts. If you plan on moving, they will move your service free of charge. They also provide free movies to continued loyal members.

I like the service they provide.

They do not offer local channels in high definition. My neighbors get local channels in hi-def and they live across the street. They told us they are in contract negotiations.
