NOT RECOMMENDED! Horrible customer service, won't return a phone call! I recently had them cut down a very large oak tree next to my house. They completed most of the work they agreed to do, however, they also left a ~20ft section blocking most of my driveway. This section was far too large for any common homeowner to cut up/handle on their own. They had started to cut on this piece in several spots but just left it instead. Additionally they did not even brace/block up any of the 3 large sections, to prevent them from rolling. All of the sections were on a hill in my driveway and if they had rolled they could've very easily killed any of my grandkids playing outside, or rolled through my garage door. Worst part is, starting that evening, we began trying to call Jimmy to get them to come back and cut up the portion of the tree blocking the driveway, however after over 4 weeks, 25+ calls, and numerous voicemails, they don't return calls. Definitely won't use them again!

They were very professional and arrived on time. The location of the tree was in a neighborhood of houses in close proximity to each other and in a small area. It was amazing to see them remove the tree without disturbing the surrendering area. We would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time, felled the tree into the woods, cleaned up brush; then with my approval called a friend of theirs to come get the downed tree for firewood. The price was competitive for the size of the tree and we were satisfied with the job. In July 2009, they cut down a huge dead oak overhanging our neighbor's driveway. I got bids from 2 other tree service companies and Blue Ridge was the best at $680. They are professional, with an excellent attitude, and clean up after the job. We live on a wooded lot and they are our tree service company for all future jobs.

Performed the work in a professional, timely manner. Cleaned up all the debris left over. Would definitely use this service again.
