Abm Bathroom Refinishing

Brooks and his son performed the work at our home, refinishing a tub with a surround and a shower stall with a seat. They spent the bulk of their time with the surface preparation which evidently was the most important part. They completely partitioned off the work area with plastic, being careful of our freshly painted walls and ceilings, used a special tape to ensure no more paint was removed than expected. The spread tarps around the work areas protecting our new carpets. They completely explained the process, over the phone and gave an estimate, which they kept to at the job completion. This was a two day project and in between days they cleaned the work space so we could still function in our home. They vented the work to avoid smelling up our house and worked very long days. They were punctual, courteous, efficient and very competent. The finished product is exceptionally attractive. We don't yet know how durable it will be, but with the very thorough preparation of the surface and the 5 year guarantee he offers, I expect it to do very well. I feel as if they treated my home with the same care they would treat their own. I tend to be picky and they worked up to my expectations. If they were annoyed with me, they did not let it show but were always the professionals I hired. We are very pleased with the work ethic and final product.
