Arrived when he said he would. Completed work in consecutive days till it was complete.

Showed up on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards, was very polite and professional.

He pointed out that the old step was not built too code because it was too high. Troy did a great job of helping to figure out how to solve the problem of the settled walk by creating two shorter steps. We wanted them to be deeper than normal steps (because they were shorter) and he made that happen. We're happy with the results.

He and his crew did an EXCELLENT JOB! Troy communicated with me at all stages of the repair - when the service would be done; what exactly would be fixed; and made sure replacement materials were what I wanted. Not only did they rebuild the roof, they also made sure that one of the walls that had moved with the weight of the tree was back in alignment. It was not an easy task but they put 100% effort into making sure everything was back in place. I would definitely hire Troy and his crew again for all the handyman repairs around the home.

After finding Troy-Bilt Construction on Angie's List, my husband and I contacted Troy to get an estimate on converting our existing deck into a screened in porch. Troy responded promptly and after receiving what we considered a very reasonable price quote, we contracted him to do our remodeling project. Troy's schedule allowed him to begin work promptly and despite a few weather related delays, completed the project in a timely manner. At every step of construction, we were impressed by Troy's professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail. His crew were polite, well mannered and a pleasure to have around the house. All these factors resulted in a beautiful porch which exceeded our expectations that our family will enjoy for years to come. We have been so impressed with Troy, Bucky, and the other members of his crew that we are already looking around the house for other projects he may be able to help us with!

Troy came when he said he would, did careful work, and was always willing to please. One porch required some design modifications after the project started and he made a modest adjustment in the price.

The provider was looking after his ill father, and was no longer in business.

Troy from Troy-Bilt showed up promptly at 8am, picked up the down payment, took measurements and discussed the design and materials with his partner. They left to pick up supplies and immediately went to work. We had stairs from our deck approximately 7 hours later. There was no garbage left behind and our yard was left as it was found.

I called back approximately 3 weeks later and left a message. We did not receive any calls back...hence the "C" rating. I wanted to put a "B" but the program would not allow it. Kudos goes to him for taking care of family.

Troy was able to install new underground gutter drains in ONE day, which involved a considerable amount of digging by hand. On the following day, he also installed a new storm door and painted the trim. The storm door installation was not an easy task, because the house was built in 1965 and the 36x80/81 standard storm door size did not fit perfectly into the existing spot. With a little "modification", Troy made it all work. This was the second job that this company did for us, and it was wonderful (once again).

Amazing! Troy showed up when he said he would, did the job he promised, and followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. He does fantastic work and is very detail-oriented. He charged us by the job, not by the hour, and yet he still took his time with the project to make sure it was done well. He is honest, hard-working, and skilled. What more could we ask for? I would not hesitate to hire Troy for future projects and have already recommended him to neighbors and family members. Great job!!!

Power washed house exterior (2000 sq. ft.) treated large deck with transparent sealer (500 sq. ft.); painted (double coat) deck railings and cleaned out gutters.

Troy showed up right on time to provide an estimate for power washing, replacing post caps, replacing a rotten board, and painting a large wrap-around front porch. He was actually able to start work the very next day! When Troy removed the broken post cap, he showed us that our builder had used a post sleeve that was not a standard size, and the 6" post cap had been "modified" to fit the sleeve. Troy was able to make similar modifications, which prevented us from having to replace the entire posts and sleeves, and saved us a LOT of money in the process. He power washed the entire front porch (hardy plank siding, ceiling, brick floor, gutters, and all of the columns and woodwork), then sanded and painted the wooden parts of the porch, as well as the columns and trim. All of the work was done very professionally and very cleanly. The porch looks almost brand-new. Thanks, Troy!

Troy did a fabulous job with a whole house power wash on time and on budget. He is totally professional and reliable and i strongly recommend him for all your repair and maintenance needs.

Very difficult renovation was done exceptionally well. bathroom was over 50 years old. Great quality & looks great.

The project started on a good foot, estimate was done very quickly and seemed reasonable. It was started when told it would start and was done within a few days of estimated amount of time. This was upset by weather and a complication that was discovered while taking the wall down. Overall, Troy was professional and did a great job!

Troy was very courteous. He called me right away and scheduled a time for estimates. He showed up when he said and completed the work in a timely manner.

I got an estimate in a timely manner and Troy was very polite and professional every time I contacted him. He gave me an honest appraisal on what needed to be done-when I questioned him about doing some additional work on my back deck he told me that the work I wanted done was not really necessary (I had wanted to reinforce the support beams). I appreciated his honesty rather than someone who would do the work just to make money. He completed the job in the time frame he quoted and the porch looks fantastic! I would use him again in a heartbeat. His price was very reasonable and lower than the estimate I got from Lowe's.

Troy and his helper were fabulous...did great work in reasonable time!

Went well, he arrived on time and was very professional. Was upfront that he hired an outside plumber, but came out anyways and helped me out. Did not charge me for anything.

Ron Albright of Ron's Flooring showed up early Monday morning and had to move the refrigerator and dish washer to get to the underneath of the floor. The problem it turned out came from a hole in the water heater which apparently had been leaking over a period of time. He removed the old tank and pulled back the linoleum. After repairing the floor, he replaced the hot water tank, relaid the linoleum and put the dish washer and refrigerator back as well as all the kitchen furniture he had moved prior to starting the job. I had to leave for work and left Mr. Albright to his task. He called me when he was finished and locked the door on his way out. When I returned from work, I could not tell that anyone had been in my house. Mr. Albright had cleaned up everything and had removed all debris and the room had been placed back as it was before the work started. The floor was sturdy and I could not tell that the linoleum had been pulled back. An outstanding job. My faith and trust in Troy paid off once more. He has excellent people he can call on. Both Troy and Ron were very professional in every way and it is a privelege to submit this report for I am competely satisfied with their work and would hired tham again.

the job was finished within a day. i was ecstatic. i had family coming in and needed it done asap.. the decks look wonderful..

Troy is very professional and open to criticism. My Significant other is a perfectionist and very picky- Troy addressed all issues quickly until we were completely satisfied. I am very happy with his workmanship and will use this company in the future for our home improvement needs.

Troy-Bilt was great to work with on this project. Very responsive to changes as the project developed. Work quality was first-rate. From the initial contact for a bid, through the completion of the job, Troy-Bilt was on the job when they said they would be on the job, finished when they said they would finish, cleaned up after the job and were a real pleasure to have around the house all during the work. I would definitely call them the next time I need work done.
