Tory did a great job. He was on time and made sure everything was done right. He replaced the wood trim around our garage doors and caulked and painted.

We could not be happier with the work that was done. Within days of contacting Troy he came by to give us a quote. He started our job within a week of us signing the contract. The work on the front porch was completed in about three days and the wrap around porch took about three weeks - including many rainy days. It was obvious that Troy cared a great deal about the quality of his work. He works one project at a time and gives it his full attention. After completing the porch, all trash and debris was removed, and he even came back to lay down some hay where the yard got muddy. We were so happy with the work that was done that we have asked Troy to help us with additional projects around the house.

Awesome job. Troy wrapped our 18 foot above ground pool with a beautiful deck that hugs the pool and provides lots of space for entertaining our family and friends. He took care of all; the work with the county and stayed within budget. Very happy and we will hire Troy again to replace our front porch and build a screen room.

Troy and Mark were great to work with. They are professionals and know their trade well. Their attention to detail was above average and they added a few nice touches to the job that others would not. They only missed a couple of days of work due to inclement weather and illness and worked longer on some days just to get to a good stopping point. They never left the house or supplies exposed to the elements. We were very satisfied with their abilities and really enjoyed interacting with them during the job. We had zero issues with them or their work and would highly recommend them to others. A great outfit!

Troy came and gave me an estimate promptly. He fit the job in between other jobs he was doing which was okay with me as there was no emergency. The job ended up costing more than his first estimate because of the amount of scraping necessary. It still seemed reasonable; it is a large porch.

Troy was extremely professional and punctual. His price was half of the other estimate I received and Troy offered better products. He replaced my rotted deck support beams and railing with steel reinforced vinyl. He took care of the cleanup as well. Troy showed up on time every time he said he'd be at my house. There was a slight weather issue directly afterwards and Troy didn't hesitate to come back and deal with the issue. I would highly recommend them!!

My whole experience with Troy was great! He called within a day of me contacting him and came out and met my husband and me and set up a time that would be good for us to come work on the house. He was very professional and very nice and we already have plans for him to come back and do more work. I would really recommend him, and the man he also had working with him was very nice and very respectful and professional. Troy provided friendly and comprehensive services from the start of the job to the completion of the project. He obtained all necessary permits and dealt with the home owners association. He chose upgraded options at no additional cost to make sure the job was perfect. We would highly recommend him and we will be using him and his service again in the future.

This was our first project with Troy-Bilt. Troy came out and gave us an estimate to refurbish our screened porch. After we agreed on the price, he came out and began the work. On day one, he discovered some previously unknown rot on all of the main posts supporting the roof. He advised that he could continue the project as promised, but he believed we should really consider replacing the posts to do the job right. We appreciated him pointing out the issue and we agreed we should add the post replacements to the original quote. Troy provided us an amended quote and we were very pleased with the final result. (He even stopped by on a SATURDAY, midway through the project, to haul away the old porch debris from the yard, concerned that leaving it there any longer would start to kill the grass. Wow.) Our porch looks brand new! Troy and his crew were prompt and they were conscientious about keeping the job site neat. He and his coworker consistently arrived by 8:30am and got straight to work for 9 to 10 hour days - and it was HOT. We would certainly consider Troy-Built for future projects. Highly recommend!

This is Troy's 2nd project with us. He work is reasonably priced, high quality and timely. He is there when he says he will be and does very good work but seeks to save you money with smart alternatives. Our go to contractor for future work.

This is our second time using Troy-Bilt for home repairs. The steps he replaced were rotting beneath our feet. He installed a sturdier and more eye-catching stairs. The yard is clean, and bears little evidence that he did work (other than the beautiful set of stairs left behind). We're very pleased with Troy-Bilt's work and will continue to use them for our future home repair and remodeling needs.

Superior in all respects. Troy recommended a great fix to prevent future water damage to the bottom of the support posts. Work was done as scheduled and completed on schedule. Price was very reasonable and we could not be happier with the results. Troy is an honest, straight forward and hard working individual. We will definitely be using TROY-BILT in the future.

SOME TRICKY DESIGN CHALLENGES HANDLED CREATIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY; SOLID, CONSCIENTIOUS EXECUTION OF JOB; NEAT, COOPERATIVE, COURTEOUS. EASY GUYS TO HAVE AROUND.

Very detailed and quality driven. The cuts on each board were very precise. He didn't rush the job and he took the time needed to produce a great final product. He redesigned the steps and made the new stairway so much better than I could have imagined. I'm getting on his schedule to perform more jobs. Great guy and great work.

Troy was great. He found the problem was not with the window but a hole in the roof. He patched the hole and referred us to a roofer so we can have final repairs made.

Overall, I am pleased and would consider them for future work. I had five estimates in total. One was a low ball price and another was a high ball price. Of the middle three that I considered (including Troy-Built) the prices were within a 10% range, so Troy-Built is in the middle of the pack, price-wise. Responsiveness to phone calls and emails could have been a little more timely. The crew showed up on time and when they said they would, and they completed the job from start to finish without disappearing to another job. Everyone was extremely curious and professional, and took the time to make sure that I was pleased with the work performed. I gave quality a "B" because they went above and beyond in some areas (like pressure washing the front porch), but could have improved on a couple items (additional sanding and spot priming prior to painting).

I had a couple boards on the back of my house that needed replacing due to weather wear and tear. I had been looking for someone that could be trusted and reliable to help me out in some general home repairs and Mr. Woodward, owner of Troy-Bilt Construction, was recommended by a friend. Because of the age of my home Mr. Woodward thought he would not be able to match the replacements exactly but he continued his search until he was able to locate ones that did match. I was very impressed with the diligence he performed to find the matching boards as opposed to just settling for something close. When the job was finished Mr Woodward ensured that the area was cleaned up.

Great. Promptly returned my call and set up an appointment immediately. Courteous and professional. Able to begin work and finish on a timely basis. Projects completed as promised. Great job.

Troy showed up on time and always let me know what was going on when he went to lunch or run an errand. He and his helper were pleasant and helpful to deal with. Their carpenter work was A+. Attention to detail and worked at it until it looked good. When they found something extra that needed doing, they did it and didn't charge me anymore money because it was in the time allotted. They cleaned up. The pressure washing the house turned out great. He actually got on a ladder and did the second story.
