+ -1 moreI would use them again. They arrived on time, the work was done as contracted and within the time period that they had stated. The carpets were wetter than they said they would be. They were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions. They came in, they did their job, they said it would be 3 to 4 hours and it was actually 13 to 15 hours before the carpets were dry.

+ -1 moreIt was a little pricey, I mean it was high. I don't remember actually, I was thinking it was expensive, but I was able to get everything done all at once. So it was convenient and the quality of work was good, but it was a little pricey.

+ -1 moreThe technician was awesome, I give him an A. He was very forth coming with what I did and didn't need for my carpets. The work took him about an hour and a half. They use non toxic cleaning agents and their price seems to be reasonable. We've always had good experiences with them.
