I've used the chinny sweep for many years a very good company and fantastic service.

This company has provided inspection, repair, and sweep service at my residence since 2010. Their staff's professional courtesy cannot be topped, and I say the same about their chimney professionals who do the on-site work. Most importantly their work quality and reliability are consistently excellent, Their repair rates are reasonable and fair, whether for inspections or for repairs and improvements throughout the years. It's wonderful knowing that our fireplace and chimney are operating safely and efficiently. Their most recent service for me was an inspection on Aug 25, 2020.

All work was completed within a couple of hours after he came back three days later after the initial inspection. Very satisfied with work and professionalism.

Great experience with them communicating about the appointment, confirmation, etc. My only disappointment was that it took two visits to get it done. They couldn't do the chimney inspection the first time; didn't have a tall enough ladder. During the actual inspection they were patient and professional when answering the questions I had. Took photo's of what they found during the chimney inspection to validate what they were telling me needed repaired. Able to make the repairs the same day. Wasn't cheap but less expensive than if I would've ignored their recommendations and waited to repair "later."

I first contacted the company for an inspection and cleaning. They were prompt and polite and informed me that the chimney was clean and operable but needed some repairs. The repairs were thoroughly discussed and recommendations provided. I scheduled a follow up and again, the service and instruction was great.

The service was timely, professional and the chimney sweep (Ryan) did an excellent job of explaining the repair required which he said did not have to be done immediately. In order to prevent further damage I decided to go ahead with a repair to the hairline crack which he showed me in the backwall. This company is always pleasant and professional and perform their work in a timely manner.

Ryan was professional, extremely knowledgeable and completely honest! He did a chimney/fireplace cleaning and inspection. He gave me tips on how to do some DIY repairs and preventative maintenance. We have used this company for several years now and have always had a good experience. We recently completed a renovation project that caused vast amounts of dust over the two-month reno period. Therefore, in addition to the annual chimney & dryer vent cleaning, we decided to get the air ducts cleaned as well. I could dust the furniture, etc., but I could not clean out the air ducts. Because this is a large house with many air vents, cleaning the air ducts was the most expensive element of this job ($400). When I called to make the appointment, a nice lady actually pointed out that this particular service did not normally need to be done more frequently than every 4 years and they had cleaned our vents only a couple or three years ago. HOW REFRESHING! A company that suggests you don't really need an expensive service! I explained about the major renovation and dust situation and then she agreed that this would be a good thing to do. The appointment was scheduled for 9-11 a.m. and I received a call the night before with a reminder that they appointment was 9 a.m. the next morning. I took this to mean that I was the first customer in the morning and someone would be here at 9 a.m. That may have been a misunderstanding on my part, as no one showed up until after 10 a.m. Not a huge problem...I should have asked for clarification. The young gentleman who completed all of this work was professional, nice, and worked hard to get it all done. He gently moved furniture and a picture to avoid damage while moving the large vacuum throughout the house. And, he cleaned out our gutters, including the small trees left there by another company paid to clean the gutters. He also provided some info I requested on the state of our roof and the gutter guards installed. We have never been disappointed with the services provided by this company and will continue to contact them in the future.

Initially had chimney swept. Technican pointed out crack in chimney and recommend sealing as repair and preventive manitenance. We scheduled sealing for later date and work was done promptly and well. Technician was freindly and professional. I plan on using them again.

Since moving to stafford i was lucky enough to have this company recommended to me. Have used them every year for chimney cleaning services. Per there reccomandation last year i had them repair some degredation and install a new wind cap. The new cap works great and no more lingering smoke in the house.

Everything was A1 with this company. I called on Thursday, got a human on the phone, got an appt for today (within the next week). They called with a reminder and included a two hour window of 11-1. The fellow rang the doorbell at 11:00. He was punctual, friendly, helpful, clean while working. He didn't complete the dryer cleaning but explained that the vent might become damaged if he went through with it, showed me the material I had, showed me the material with which it should have been done--he was a wealth of info. He left brochures about things and gave me on the spot estimates for repairs that could be done at some point. He also did not charge me anything for the dryer vent even though he did take some time on it. He photographed the issues he saw so he could show me and then he sent me the photos me when I asked. The company must be good to be this prepared and the service provider did not hard-sell me on any of the other services they offered. Just left the info with me. Excellent, excellent , excellent!

This provider is excellent. We had called them to do a chimney sweep, and when the owner arrived he informed us that the previous owner had just done a chimney sweep 3 months prior and so we wouldn't need that done. He also mentioned that he informed the previous owner of damage to the chimney and what he had quoted to her. When he found out that the owner did not disclose this issue, he gave us a 25% discount to help us as new homeowners. When he came to do the work itself, he completed it with no problems and work quickly and efficiently. Everyone we spoke to from the owner to the receptionist was friendly, polite, and delivered great customer service. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and use them again without hesitation in the future.

They showed up early and spent about 2 hours vacuuming and cleaning the ducts in my home. They were professional and seemed to do a good job.

The owner of the company was the person who came to our home. He already knew our home because the previous two owners used the same company. He checked our fireplace flue and the stovepipe for the wood stove. He spent 30-45 minutes going over how to use the wood stove (it's new to us) and the issues with downdraft in our particular house. He made some suggestions for the future for maximizing the heat from the wood stove, and said they would call in the spring when it's time to get it cleaned. The best part -- he didn't charge us a dime. He said we could call anytime with questions and stayed true to his word. A few weeks later, we called with questions about using the wood stove. He called back promptly when the office personnel said he would and spent several minutes going over suggestions and providing information. We will definitely be using this company again!

I was very impressed with everything. He got out of the van and introduced himself, checked out the outside area first, came inside with all of his equipment, cleaned the chimney from the inside (which i had never seen before), vacuumed several times to keep sut down, cleaned area around chimney in the living room and inspected everything inside to make sure it was working properly before packing up his equipment. He gave us an information sheet letting us know everything that was done. All of this was done for $89.00. This was a special they were running at the time. It was worth every penny to know we could use our fireplace for the winter. I will get them the next time I need the chimney serviced and hopefully get the same deal. He was done in under an hour.
