SNG Chimney Sweep

SNG did a great job with my cleaning and eventual repair. Quick and clean and delivered what they promised! The quote and work done was fast!

Gary immediately responded to my phone call and set up an inspection for 2 days later. Gary was ontime and asked a lot of good questions that helped me know he was interested in knowing exactly what symptoms I had observed. After doing an inspection Gary said he recommended a cleaning of the chimney along with refurbishing the chimney cap and resealing it as it appeared moisture may have gotten in through the chimney cap. He also recommended a new fireplace back panel as it had some cracks in it after 30 years. I appreciated the fact that he was offering to sand, paint and reseal my chimney cap instead of just trying to sell me a new one, which would have been much more expensive. Gary setup a time to come back 2 days later and was there ontime and explained to me exactly what he was doing. My questions did not annoy him as he seems to really enjoy his work. The work was completed as promised and at a price that was very reasonable. Gary told me if I have any issues with the work he completed to give him a call and he will swing back by to take care of it. I would highly recommend SNG Chimney Sweep!

Our previous chimney cap had been poorly installed and even more inexpertly repaired by another chimney service. The experts from SNG constructed and installed three new chimney caps and fastened them securely to our chimneys. The entire crew was personable and professional. In addition, they cleaned our chimneys and left the work area spotless when they finished. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with a trustworthy and competent contractor. I won't hesitate to use them again the next time I need chimney service.

The service was excellent. SNG charged substantially less than other companies, they showed up on time, and did a thorough job inspecting and cleaning the chimneys and fireplaces. There were some damages in one of the chimney flues that were pointed out to me, and the gentlemen gave me an honest assessment of the risks and a written estimate for the repairs on the spot. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!
