+ -1 moreTRIED TO RIP ME OFF! Had a signed contract for landscaping - 50% due up front, which I paid. 50% due upon completion of work. John, the owner, tried to bully me into paying him in full when he hadn't completed the work!! From the owner's email to me, "We should be able to come back the beginning of next week to finish everything else. Could you please send the remaining 50% of payment in the mail. Once I hear from you and receive the remaining balance I will schedule to finish up the work."When I refused because that's not what's our SIGNED CONTRACT, he threatened to take ME to court! Bring it! 1st piece of evidence - our signed contract. 2nd piece of evidence - owner's email demanding payment.Stay away!!!
