Prestige Pointe Group LLC

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service Prestige Pointe Group LLC provided. I requested them toremodel my upstairs hall bathroom and refinish my hardwood floors. BATHROOM: First, the ?brand new? bathtub was not connected properly to the drainage pipe and so the first time it was used the water went down the inside of the walls and flooded my downstairs bathroom, entrance hall and recreation room. Additionally, the ?brand new? tub that was installed had a portion where the porcelain was chipped off and they tried to cover it up with touch up paint. The touch up paint on the tub looked terrible and it was obvious there was a problem with the tub. I was informed that the tub was already damaged when they pulled it out of the box but they installed it anyway rather than returning the tub for an undamaged one. They also somehow knocked off the bathtub protection coating on the bottom of the bathtub they installed. Additionally, there is a section on the floor that they for some reason, just decided to not install a piece of tile. None of these issues are fixed and I now have no walls in my downstairs because of the flood from the bathtub he installed caused mold. James promised to fix it but he is not returning calls. FLOORS: The job they did on my floors was AWFUL. Prestige Pointe Group LLC didn?t do a proper job on sanding, and then they did not clean the dust up off the floors before staining/finishing the floors. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!! Additionally, there floors had patched sections throughout which in no way blended together and looked like random spots of stain throughout the floor. Also, they got stain EVERWHERE. I have to have all of the molding on my floors repainted. In some rooms, they got the stain in the middle of the wall! There were rooms with a high shine, sections of the same room with high shine and the other half of the room had a dull finish. I had to hire someone else to repair my floors which cost me another $4,000 Also, they moved all the furniture and damage a bunch of my pieces of furniture. I have one bed that has to be completely replaced because in the process of moving it was entirely scraped up. Also both of my end tables had to be replaced because they have scratches all over them and now have water damage where it seems like they spilled something on them and did not clean it up. I have complained about the work James provided and he promised he would take care of all of these issues. He is not returning calls. I am going to have to spend thousands of dollars to repair all of the damage this company has done to my home. BUYERS BEWARE OF Prestige Pointe Group LLC!!!!!!!!!
