Description of Work: Inspection with possible hire to fix beyond inspection~ will not be doing this

Description of Work: Water tank, electric outlet installed in basement, new water pump installed at outside well.

Description of Work: Inspected for mold in basement. Spot treated specific areas of visible mold on beams and walls then came back and misted the whole basement.

Description of Work: We had a spot on our kitchen ceiling that was a leak from one of the 2 bathrooms upstairs. After arriving, Phil suggested that it was probably the 2nd bathtub upstairs, and rather than cutting into our newly painted kitchen ceiling, they would cut an access panel from the bedroom next door to the bathroom.

Description of Work: We live in a house that has well and septic and one day our water just stopped running. After doing some preliminary tests with electric circuits and such, I determined that it was likely our well pump had died and replacing that was definitely outside of my skill set. I contacted PNH and 3 other companies who advertised that they provided well diagnostic and repair services in my area. 3 of the companies were unable to get to us for 1-3 days. PNH indicated that they were nearby and could come by immediately. Phil (the owner) was there in less than 15 minutes. Phil discussed our situation with me and told me what he believed the problem was based on his experience. He proceeded to run the same electrical diagnostics I had done as well as a few more which I had not. He showed me what he was doing and the results at each step of the way and ultimately determined that it was likely that our well pump had shorted out and should be replaced. I signed a contract with PNH to replace the well pump based on the estimate Phil had provided. While Phil was performing the diagnostics he had one of his employees pick up 2 new well pumps in different horse power so that he would be able to replace the old pump as soon as they gotit out of the well bore. In his estimate Phil indicated that the likely depth of our well was about 150-175 feet based on the geology of the area. When they had finished pulling our old pump they determined that our depth was in fact 378 feet deep. Based on this finding, Phil recommended that we get a higher horsepower pump to prevent strain based on the additional depth even though it would mean waiting until the next day to pick up the higher capacity pump. We went with that option and Phil's crew was out by 8:30 am the next morning with the new pump and the job was completed before noon. From start to finish we were without water for less than 36 hours and the job was done efficiently and professionally. I thought the price might be a bit on the high side but that was based on the original belief that the well was at 175 feet. Given that it was more than twice as deep and the price included the cost of the new pump, I feel like I got a fair deal. I would highly recommend PNH to anyone who is in need of any of the services which PNH provides.

Description of Work: Adjusted the switch for the well pressure tank. Analyzed the well and plumbing system, found the leak and corrected it. Replaced the cartridge in a leaking faucet

Description of Work: Phil led the remodeling of our entire kitchen, demoing down to the studs, some plumbing work, insulation, drywall, and installation of all the new walls and cabinets.

Description of Work: Remodeled a bedroom down to the studs due to water intrusion into the insulation, including building deeper walls to allow for improved insulation.
