Great service. Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He thoroughly inspected the washer, identified the issue, and had the part on hand to effect the repair. I'll definitely use them on the next repair.

Quick and responsive but pricey

They promised me an estimate and after a couple of days I did not receive any. They made the leak was worse and it is making my daughter sick, I send them a message trough HomeAdvisor and they refuse to answer me.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good rating because the repairman could not find what was wrong with my washer. I really cannot blame him though because he tried everything to solve the problem but to no avail. So, I now have to buy a new washer.

Excellent service! The washing machine was leaking and I have a stacked washer dryer unit. Mr. Appliance of Fredericksburg made sure to send two repairmen for the job so that they could move the units as needed. All of the employees that I talked with from Mr. Appliance of Fredericksburg were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call this company for future appliance repair needs.

They were so accommodating! We had an appliance break down 2 days before closing on our house AND it was a holiday weekend! Kevin was really knowledgeable and everything was taken care of quickly. I appreciate them so much and will absolutely use them in the future!
