Electric dryer switch failed. Using HomeAdvisor, I was contacted by Mr. Appliance within an hour. They scheduled me for that same day, within 90 minutes of being contacted by Mr. Appliance. They sent me a picture of the repair tech, Kyle. The problem was diagnosed, a repair cost was provided and agreed to. The repair was completed correctly and ahead of time budgeted. Kyle & Mike wore shore protection, were extremely polite and very courteous. I would highly recommend using Mr. Appliance of Fredericksburg.

Great company to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly where the Sears Appliance department wanted to schedule 11 days out. Patrick showed up on time and reminders with his picure were texted to me roughly 10 minutes before the appointment. The repair was completed in an hour at a completely reasonable cost. I saved them to my favorites!
