Excellent customer service, from the very minute that they answer the phone. Their tech called me right after the service to tell me what was going on with my rental home s appliance. Super happy and a weight off of my shoulders. They have definitely earned my business and I will be using them again!!! Thank you Mr. Appliance!

Timothy was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with non-functioning washer. After discussing the problem with him and getting a price quote for repairing the problem, we decided not to do the repair, but to replace instead. I'd certainly be willing to use Mr. Appliance in the future, and to recommend them to others.

Excellent service! Dryer called about at 10am Fixed by 2pm. They sent name and pic prior to arriving. Very Pleased! Would definitely hire again! Kyle was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly!

They were on time (actually a bit early). Best part was the text I received of the repairman's photo so I knew who was coming!! Repair was quickly assessed, they ordered part on the spot and will be back Friday to finish. Very reasonable.

Their work was fine, but I thought $344 to install a $60 part in less than an hour was excessive.
