 + -1 moreI don't know how good the company is, but if you need something done quick, I would recommend dealing with someone who returns phone calls.
Description of Work: My salt generator broke, I called this company to see if they could help since they are an "authorized dealer", after being put on hold for a long time, they took my number and promised to call me back. It has been 5 days now, and I don't think I will ever get a call back. I also wrote them a message through Angies List, they never responded. I know it's pool season and these companies are busy, but good customer service is at least returning phone calls and messages.

 + -1 moreEvery time I go in there for anything they have it or will get it within a day and I have never had a question or situation they could not answer or fix. Love them and will be using them for all my pool needs as long as I have a pool.
Description of Work: Len and Ruth are now my pool people. We just had a gunite pool installed and we are still within the 30 cure period; I went in one day to talk to them and ask a few questions about the new pool and what I should do. I walked out of the store after about an hour knowing more than the installer told me in four months. They will test you water for free, give you a detailed print out, and tell you what you have to do to get the water within range... even if you go in there everyday like I do. I can not say enough about how great these folks are and how hard it is to find people in business who care as much as they do.
