+ -1 moreI needed to have the roof replaced on my home (a standard 2100 sq ft. split foyer) during the summer of 2007. I had received several estimates to replace the roof and was about to make a decision when a friend in the contracting business recommended Mike Shepherd. Mike came out, checked out the roof, and discussed pros/cons on several shingling options. He went back to his truck and then gave me an estimate that was several hundred dollars lower than any of my other estimates. We sealed the deal with a handshake. Mike had the shingles delivered a week later and his crew completed the job in one day. During the installation, they discovered that several pieces of plywood needed to be replaced and they did so at no additional charge. The work was completed on schedule and they did a great job removing all of the old shingles and nails. It's been 1 year since the roof was installed, and I've zero problems with it. I highly recommend them for roofing work.
