+ -1 moreEverything wetn incredibly smoothly. There was an unplanned delay when the stucco paint supplier failed to deliver the paint on time. Frank immediately stepped in to fix the problem, handled all of the details, and got the supplier to send the paint themselves. The work done on repairing the stucco on the house was exceptional. The painter did a great job painting the stucco and all of the wood trim. The gutter replacement also went very well, and the crew came back twice to make adjustments on a gutter above our porch door. Old houses are notoriously difficult to work on, Frank and his crews did an exceptional job!
Description of Work: Frank's crews did several jobs for us, all under one service agreement. The first task was to fix and re-patch several areas of exterior stucco on our old farmhouse. Once the stucco repairs were completed, Frank's crew painted the entire stuccon house, including the wood trim. Frank helped us select the correct stucco paint, which is actually a coating, and the exterior paint they used on the wood trim. Frank brought sample pieces of both colors before they began work, to ensure we were happy with the colors. Once the painting job was complete, another of Frank's crews showed up to replace all of the gutters and downspouts.

+ -1 moreMr. Lyons returned my call on the SAME DAY (I did mention Angie's List)! He arranged to come out and give an estimate. He called me because he was running 10 MINUTES late! Estimate was $65. Since it was a small job, he agreed to do it right then, and since it turned out to be easier than he thought, he dropped the price to $45.
Description of Work: Remounted an interior door.
