 + -1 moreI am so grateful for the beautiful job that J&J did for our winery. We had 33 cushions reupholstered. They found the fabric that we wanted, which websites said were out of stock. The work was done efficiently and when there was a difference in cushions, which we didn't notice, they caught it and created a perfect fit. Thank you all for the wonderful work, we a very pleased!
Description of Work: 33 cushions needed recovered for outdoor seating.

Description of Work: The owner promptly met us, introduced herself, and asked about what we wanted. We were looking for someone to cover 4 breakfast table seats. She directed us to an extensive collection of upholstery remnants and we found one that we loved. We returned later that afternoon with the seats to be covered. She said they would provide new padding and a fabric protectant that came with a 10 year guarantee. We left for a week long vacation and she called to tell us the work was finished a couple days after we returned from our trip. My husband attached the "new" chair seats to the chairs and they look great! The workmanship is top notch, the fabric is beautiful and very good quality. J & J Upholstery is easy to do business with, and is obviously very experienced in providing quality product and excellent workmanship. We will definitely be return customers. We do recommend.

Description of Work: Had a 20 old sofa that I replaced with a new sofa. The new sofa started falling apart within a year. Old sofa was structurally sound. Had J&J reupholster. This is a family run business. They did an excellent job. Helped pick out the right fabric. The sofa is now 6 months old and is doing great. I did not give an A in price because I am cheap, nor did I give it for being professional because they are more of a family atmosphere. I prefer that.

 + -1 moreWe called And spoke with Judy May in early October, not realizing We were late to need for scheduling work to be complete for our Christmas party in early December. I think their normal process is to pick up the item when they are able to start and get it quickly back to you. She offerred to squeeze in the chairs if we were flexible enough to allow them to pick them up right away, realizing we would not have them for several weeks. This was not a problem for us. They picked them promptly as scheduled. In late November they called to tell us they were finished and arrange delivery, which occurred right as scheduled. Chairs look great and we could not be happier. We having them reupholster a loveseat soon, and definitely recommend this company. They have a strong customer orientation that is hard to find these days.
Description of Work: Reupholstered 2 oversized chairs, added stuffing on the arms and replaced the cushons. (Fabric was purchased from another company who recommended J&J Upholstery and Drapery Fabric for the actual work.)
