HR Renovations replaced the decking in our backyard and the porch floor on the front of the house. They were responsive, friendly, fair and professional. Their carpenters were the best - careful, precise, friendly and always totally cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company.

Answered every phone call and text, came when they said they would and completed the work ahead of schedule. Great design ideas and willing to work with our design changes. Very highly recommended!

One recommendation was adding lighting to the actual deck which provides enough lighting to sit out on the deck without additional lights to enjoy the deck quietly on a summer evening. Harold and Pedro were very good and lived up to their proposal. The job looks good and they were very efficient. I thought it was a godd value for the price. They went out of their way to make sure the lighting was correct.

I had HR Renovations do a deck earlier in the year and based on that experienced asked what they could do for windows for our rental property. They were super responsive, professional, and cheaper than the bids that I got from both Lowes and Home Depot. Also were able to start within days (vice the big box which was estimating weeks). Happy with the work!

Removed old concrete driveway and replaced with a new, even surface. Management checked in daily, foreman and staff worked quickly and finished the job over the weekend. Provided great service, product and quality. Would recommend.

Harold did a wonderful job building my deck and front porch. Wish I could show a picture of both. They are beautiful. I am renovating an old house, and Harold is the best contractor that I have had to deal with. I would definitely hire him again. He even does kitchens too.

Harold and his crew were timely, hard and steady working and attentive to the demands of the project. The project involved replacement of a number of aged wood deck boards on a very large deck after power washing and drying. It also involved painting the deck floor, handrails, and two staircases. The paintwork used the Behr product, Deck Over. The daytime temperatures were in the low 90s driving the temps on the deck well over 100. Harold and his crew went about their business in the heat without complaining. The result was a rejuvenated 20 year old deck. It is once again attractive and we are eager to show it off to friends and neighbors. I enthusiastically recommend HR Renovations to others looking for top quality work and service.
