+ -1 moreMark did a great job of refinishing the furniture but he did not coordinate with the upholstery shop and never came back to finish the job. He was supposed to reassemble the upholstery pads back onto the refinished chairs. He promised us multiple times that he would completed the reassembly. He eventually stopped returning our calls but did cash our check. We had to pay another company $185.60 to reassemble the upholstery pads to the chairs. We will never use him again and just want buyers to be aware.
Description of Work: We hired Mark Heflin, the owner of Heflin Furniture Service, to refinish a solid pecan dining room set.

+ -1 moreProvided timely and excellent service. I contacted Mr Heflin on a Monday and sent him a picture of damage to my china cabinet. He contacted me immediately and said he could repair. Picked up 2 days later and 3 days later called to say he was finished. Cabinet looks as good as new and we are very pleased. Highly recommend him and would definitely use again
