Description of Work: Heat pump was not functioning. Thought the worst...Steve took time to check out all probable causes before jumping to any conclusions as to issue. Turns out it was just a small part that had died. Diagnosed and fixed in under 30 min. Even checked to be sure my freon levels were good (they were) to avoid possible problems later in the summer! Would recommend to all!

+ -1 moreI’m satisfied with the service provided by Hare Services Inc. Company. I think the quality of the work is good but I’ll just have to wait and find out. They have been professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreBoth times I have used Steve, he has been over a half hour late, so not the most punctual. He completed the work effectively and even took the time to tell me which wires were what so I could change out my own thermostat. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and showed me all the places where he brought the system up to code. He takes pride in his work and is very easy to communicate with. He is more than knowledgeable enough to discuss options with you. He is out there to maintain his reputation, not rip people off for as much as he can on each call.
Description of Work: Air handler replacement and duct work modification covered under home warranty. The amount I paid was only for the non-covered duct work modification.
