Greg Hamlin owns and operates Hamlin & Sons Painting and has a combined 10 years painting and construction experience. We are painters and not jack of all trades Surface preparation is critical to surface coating, and we are committed to better than adequate surface prep We are a licensed contractor in the State of Virginia We only use the best paints from Sherwin Williams and McCormick Paints We use high quality caulking with a lifetime and 45-year warranty on all interiors and exteriors Over 10 years of painting and construction experience Greg Hamlin manages all job sites, and offers free color consulting On exteriors, we caulk all soffits, batting; trim seams, soffit vents, and entryways. We do not get over spray on footings, windows, concrete walkways, roofing, or other areas not to be painted We re-nail all loose siding at no charge We caulk all small cracks and spackle all small diameter holes at no additional charge We can replace damaged trim or siding at a fraction of what it would cost On exteriors we repaint roof vents and wipe gutters clean at no additional charge We strive to leave your property cleaner then when we arrived Our estimates are meant to be as transparent as possible - there should not be anything our clients do not understand about our pricing Hamlin & Sons believes in good old fashioned painting and quality workmanship, which is becoming more and more rare
