 + 1 moreAfter the final payment on 3/19/2010, I still have not had the following fixed: 1.Irrigation system is leaking in the back of the house. Water retention has been seen since 3/19/2010. Due to water retension behind the house, the newly installed sod is dead. 2. Garage side down spouts is blocked due to the company driving over them during landscaping process. The heavy trucks used to move dirt, squashed the downspot on the deck side of house. Greenwood Gardens promised to ensure proper drainage for the downspouts. The company sent out two nice gentle men to fix the back drain. The second drain ( in the front), is still blocked. Looking back, I guess all the drains should have been checked before laying sod. At the moment, I have 1 of 4 downspout drains working properly. 3. Temporary retaining wall fix still in place on AC side of house After 40 phone calls,I am still waiting for a response from Greenwood Gardens to fix the problems created by installation of retaining wall and irrigation.
Description of Work: 1. Removed bushes and lawn. 2. Grade and fill areas as needed 3. Repalce necessary drainage 4. Build retaining wall 5. Installed Irrigation system 6. Installed sod to entire yard
