Description of Work: Elsa is amazing. We were in Stafford for only 7 days and needed to find a home. We were moving from California to Virginia. She set us up with an internet service that allowed us to preview houses and keep a list of likes and dislikes. When we arrived Sunday evening we called her and set up a meeting for Monday early afternoon. She was ready and waiting with a list of the houses we had marked as our favorites. For three days straight she took us out looking at houses. We must have looked at as many as 15 houses a day. We had some serious must haves and she was very patient with us. On the third day we found our house and it is amazing. We made our offer, recieved a counter offer and accepted it. Then came financing. We wanted to use a V.A. Loan and our bank said it would take up to 6 weeks for it to close. We wanted to be able to move into the house in just under 4 weeks. Elsa then recommended a Mortgage Broker that she had worked with in the past. He aslo was amazing and very effiecent. We were able to close in 3 weeks. One last thing, because we were moving from the other side of the country, Elsa made herself available to open the house for all of the inspections and minor repairs that needed to be done. She kept us up to date with everything going on in the house and did the final inspection prior to closing. I truly feel that she went above and beyond the call of duty. She is very well versed in realestate. She gave us good advice and made a very stressful event much easier to live through.
