Everything was great until it wasn't... The company repaired a parallel crack that almost ran across the length of the ceiling in my townhouse. They also repainted the ceiling. A little while later, a single crack reappeared. I contacted the company via the form and waited about a week. I then contacted the company via the email on the website and the owner's email. Still no reply. Mind you it took 4 hours to respond to my very first email asking them to do the job. I only received a phone call on 14 July after I posted a Google review about the poor workmanship/non-response/defects. I volunteered to remove the original Google review and was told someone would call the week of 18 July to come take a look. On 18 July, the owner agreed via email to 3:00 on Wednesday 20 July. I get an email at 5:09 that day apologizing for not stopping by. Fine. This is not life or death right? I agreed to reschedule for the same time on Friday 22 July. It is now almost 6:00. No text, no phone call, no email, no show. Thankfully I am teleworking, but what if I took time off from work?! I DO NOT recommend this company. I thought I was being more than considerate/reasonable/flexible because things come up, traffic is horrendous, etc. but this is beyond unprofessional. If you do go with this company, PLEASE ask about any warranties or guarantees for their work. Now I have to pay more $$ to fix the issue.

NO CALL; NO SHOW; UNTRUTHFUL; UNPROFESSIONAL! Met with Jose Rodriguez on Monday, April 23rd and we made an agreement that he would replace 2 outside window shutters and paint a total of 10 outside window shutters during the week for $350. By Saturday, April 28th, I had not heard from Jose Rodriguez so I called and inquired about his plan to do the work. He told me that he would do it the next day, Sunday April 29th. He was unapologetic. Sunday, came and went with no call or appearance by Jose. This contractor should not be used and should be barred from Angie’s List. I have used AL in the past with great success and this contractor makes it bad for all others that do the right thing.
