Construction Services of Virginia did an excellent job. Renato was very prompt to come look at the work and give a written estimate. He was able to repair my rotted hardi board siding and replace damaged and rotted window casings. The work was beautifully and carefully done. Renato was flexible in allowing me to add some additional repairs at a reasonable rate. His good work saved me from having to replace siding and windows. I am very pleased.

Contractor arrived on time. Inspected areas requested and updated estimate as expected. Contractor kept me informed and explained what the workmen were doing and why. I felt comfortable I received the services requested at a reasonable cost.

Very well, he did an outstanding job of prep work before painting the walls ceiling and trim. He also applied two coats to all surfaces. The ceiling had a few nail pops in both rooms which were repaired and patched. Prep, painting and clean up was all was very meticulous. You can definitely tell time and effort was put into this job. Price and time on the job did not change from initial estimate.

Renato did a fantastic job. His attention to detail is unparalleled as if the project was his own home. Renato of Construction Services of VA is honest, fair, reliable and trustworthy. While I loathe farming out services I know I can do myself (and usually better than what I pay for) he will stay on my short list for future projects. Great! Mr Renata is an awesome guy and did great work. He has a keen eye for detail and will not stop until the job is complete. He installed a pre-fabricated pergola I bought online. The concrete slab it was going on was not perfectly square and he had to reconfigure the set up in order for it to work. He was patient and meticulous, and helped me to get it done in a satisfactory manner. It was not a standard install. He did work above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. He has a strong in the faith and will do the job right.

It went great. Mr. Rodriguez came to my house and looked at the project and gave me his honest opinion. It was more than I wanted to pay but I trusted his judgment. I had bought a pre-fabricated pergola and trellis to install on a concrete pad. The concrete pad I hired another company to make was supposed to have been made to fit my 10 x 10 pergola but it wasn’t. He made the pergola and trellis fit with some alterations. Mr. Rodriquez is a very patient faithful person who will give you the truth about your project. He has a good heart and will not let you down.
