+ -1 moreI was not there when they came to give the estimate. They did their estimates when they said they would, had gave me the estimate promptly. I would consider hiring them in the future, but their price was significantly higher than another quote that I had received.

Description of Work: We used Bean & Mallow to fix the flashing around the chimney and install some roof vents.

+ -1 moreWe went out and got 3 bids. B and M came in lowest. Nick Hollar, the estimater was great...answered all our questions, and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, did an excellent installation and cleaned up beautifully.
Description of Work: They completely stripped the roof, replaced damaged plywood, repapered the roof, installed new flashing, ice dams and new shingles.

+ -1 moreFirst of all they had the best price but that wasn't what I was looking for. They did a professional job and they were easy to communicate with. They were very considerate, they covered up our bushes to protect them. I was surprised how well priced they were for being a large company.

+ -1 moreWhen I made the initial call to set up an estimate, I was told that there was a $200 minimum charge and that I would be contacted in the near future to set up the estimate. I never received a call back, and thought the price was too high. I found someone else to do the work at half the price.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN OVERALL EXCELLENT JOB. THEY REPLACED MY PLASTIC GUTTER GUARD WITH A NEW METAL PVC TO STOP WATER LEAKAGE WHEN IT STORMS, AND RAINS. I WOULD RE-USE, AND RECOMMEND THEM.
