Description of Work: All American replaced the touch pad on our oven. They first evaluated, provided options and then ordered a replacement part. About 7 business days later work was completed. Arrived on time on both occasions.

Description of Work: I was very pleased, not only with the results of the repair, but the fact that they loaded the truck with every potential part they might have needed as a result of the first diagnostic visit. The parts were ordered, but not at my expense until they decided which one would do the trick. Nice.

He actually got it working, but ordered a replacement part which took another week to arrive. Usual tech coming later in the week, but no rush since it is now working. We have used them several times, as has my daughter. They are my goto for appliance repair.

Description of Work: All American Appliance Service has been our "go to" firm since our last provider, an independent who was absolutely perfect in every way, retired. |In terms of quality of service, professionalism and punctuality, All American is every bit as good as our previous provider. Our previous guy would come when no one was at home, do the work and leave an invoice on the counter which we paid the same day. The level of trust between customer and provider was extraordinary and convenient for us when we both worked. I don't expect to ever see that again. Now that my wife is retired and I work from home once a week that's not such a big problem. |In terms of pricing, All American is competitive with with everyone else. They do offer seniors discounts and discounts to Angie's List customers. They did a fairly expensive repair on our dishwasher and a couple of minor repairs on our clothes washer. Both appliances are buzzing along nicely and they are 10 years old. Will we use them again? You bet!

Description of Work: Replaced the computer control chip in my refrigerator.

Description of Work: After I explained the problem of my dryer not starting,the technician troubleshot to find the cause and source of the mysterious hum. Found that turning the drum counter-clockwise did the trick. A fluke, I know, but sometimes it happens like that. Advised the hum didn't sound like a motor failure, but couldn't determine the cause of the sound. The good thing is the dryer works fine, and I now have an estimate of what it would cost to replace the motor if the hum morphs into something more. I was impressed by the courtesy, cleanliness and efficiency of the technician, Mark, and his willingness to explain everything to me, i.e. that he rarely saw a motor fail on the dryer model I have. If I need appliance repair in the future, this company will be the one I'll get. The charge was just for the service call.

Description of Work: It was remarkably fast. The technician was able to diagnose and fix my dishwasher very very quickly -- within 10 minutes. My only small complaint is that it was quite expensive.
