We do not do sales or installation and we do not sell parts. We don't currently service the Samsung product line.

Description of Work: ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE SERVICE INC repaired my Sears Kenmore washing machine. Kevin is very experienced and courteous. He knew how to fix the problems and he even had the part in his truck. He repaired my washer in about 45 minutes. It has worked well since then.

Description of Work: Our washer occasionally continued to fill with water after the wash cycle, and we called All American. They were punctual, professional, and competent. There was a small issue with the ordering of the replacement valve - we thought it was ordered sooner than what it actually was, but when my wife called, they said it would be in soon, and she set up the appointment at that time to have the valve replaced.

Description of Work: I would give this an A rating, but the wrong part was ordered and we had to wait another week before the repairs were done. The person who did the repairs was first class and I would have him back anytime. Overall, very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Problem: Refrigerator freezer fan was running continuously and parts of refrigerator were getting very hot. Scheduled an appointment and Roy, the service technician arrived on time. Within minutes he determined that the condenser fan motor was not working. However, the part had to be ordered and it would take several days for it to arrive. Roy suggested putting a fan at the bottom of the refrigerator to help cool the condenser. Turned out to be a great suggestion. Within two days the part arrived and was installed the next day. The cost estimate was correct and the service fee was very reasonable. Roy was very professional and immediately after arriving started to work.

Description of Work: They came and evaluated why my 9 month old LG Washer was not totally taking the water away when it was in spin cycle. They could not fix it and said to contact the maker. LG needed the model number, which was unreadable, and Home Depot does not put the model number on your receipt. Lesson learned: Have H. Depot or Lowes or whomever write the model number down before you leave the store
