Description of Work: I made an appointment on Wednesday morning to have two fridges and one dishwasher repaired on Friday. I received a call on Friday morning that they do not come to our location! After waiting two days with three appliances that need repair, they cancel at the last minute. The office made a mistake and wrote down the wrong town and wouldn't make an exception to come honor the appointment they made, even though it is not that far out side of the service area. I understand mistakes happen, but this should have been caught when the appointment was made. Now I will have to wait until Monday to get another company to get out here. Unacceptable. An exception would have been easy to make in this instance to accommodate their mistake, but just a cursory we apologize is all I got.

Description of Work: I have had nothing but trouble with the icemaker in my Kenmore refrigerator since I purchased it 10 years ago (it's now on the 3d one). When it spewed water all over the inside of the freezer (which immediately created a massive ice floe all over everything, I thought the time had come to throw the thing away. However, Mark from All American came out, diagnosed the problem as a bad valve, ordered and replaced the part in a matter of days - the the machine is working better than it ever has. All American also has repaired both my washer and dryer - with similar, excellent results.

Description of Work: Washing machine repair problem. They tore the washing machine apart, gave an estimate,(which was very high) and when told we would contact them if we decided to go ahead put the machine back together and there were screws left on the floor and the machine didn't run at all. My husband had to fix it.
