When I called on a Monday, got a polite response, advice that thermostat might be the problem, and appointment for Wednesday. Serviceman arrived on time, very professional, quickly diagnosed problem, estimated repair cost and completed the repair. Also, gave me good advice about how much longer my 12 year old dryer was likely to last. I would definitely recommend to others and will rely on this company for all my appliance repairs.

I called All American and scheduled an appointment for 10AM-1PM. I received a call from the technician at 930AM stating that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. He actually arrived in 15 minutes and so we scrambled to make sure that the bathroom where our washing machine is located was available for him (he was happy to wait for us, which was nice). Once given access to the washing machine, he opened the machine, and noticed that there was a sock that was stuck in the pump. Within 15 minutes the sock was removed and the washing machine was operating again. The technician was professional, personable, and quick. I would definitely use All American again.

I called 2 other places for a service rep to come out on a Saturday and no one was available. When I called All American, I spoke with Bonnie who said she also didn't have anyone available -- however, she suggested a way for me to try to rectify the problem. I was reluctant, but did it anyway -- let me tell you, Bonnie is the best!!! Her solution worked for us and we now have a perfectly running washer. Thank you Bonnie!! I will call you later to thank you in person.

The process took 18 days from start to finish, but this period included both the Christmas and New Year holidays.

My front loading washing machine wouldn't drain and with three active little kids, that is pretty much a laundry emergency! Bonnie not only understood the problem immediately, but scheduled an appointment for the following morning. (I had called the afternoon prior.) The technician called before the appointment, arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. The culprit was a pair of my two year old's socks caught in the drainage pump and filter. Not only was it an easy fix, but the technician showed me how to access the drainage pump and the filter of any obstruction in case it happens again. It is a rare thing to find a company these days that provides such prompt, courteous customer service. I am thrilled to have found a local firm that can take care of any of my future appliance issues.

Work was complete in less than 1/2 hour. Refrigerator works fine now. $75 charge to inspect was automatically included in repair price. Great service.

Thank you, All American! Thank you, Angie's List! Although I would've liked them to be here a day or two sooner, I settled for the day they would be servicing my area. The tehnician, Mark, was punctual, professional and got busy right away repairing a refrigerator I feared to be done for. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it for a minimal charge. When I told him I picked them from Angie's List he told me that earned me a 10% discount which he immediately applied. He was excellent. We were so relieved that we didn't need to buy a new refrigerator. Especially at this time of year.

He cleaned out where the pilot light was and fixed the problem. He was on time and very pleasant.

My dryer wasn't working properly -- it was very loud and took a long time to dry the loads. The serviceman (Roy) came out and diagnosed the problem and told me the cost of the parts and service so I could decide if I wanted to get it repaired or buy a new dryer. The service call was very reasonable (under $65). Ultimately, I decided to go ahead and get the repairs done and they ordered the parts and repaired the dryer and then deducted the original service charge from the total amount due. I was extremely impressed with the service and thought the cost was quite reasonable and far cheaper than buying a new dryer.

Everything went well. Mark was right on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained to us what was wrong and how he fixed it. He told us that our oven wouldn't heat up as quickly anymore, but on the other hand, it also wouldn't give us headaches or kill us in our sleep. Good trade!

Mark was punctual, professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem and implemented a fix in a reasonable period of time. He was a great representative of the company and come to find out..he lives in the neighborhood next door. He even was kind enough to make recommendations on refrigerater model. The company even leaves a folder with tips on caring for your other major appliances !!! A terrific idea from a company I would recommend and will use again.

The appointment was scheduled in the afternoon from 12-4. About 1:30 the technician, Mark, phoned to say he was in transit and would be arriving shortly. He was polite and friendly, and completely professional. He knew immediately what to check, and the repair was performed in less than 30 minutes. Kudos!! I would definately phone again for any repair work.

Good experience. Friendly serviceman, charged estimated price, quick repair. Costly but I'm sure it was a competitive price.

We called the next morning before office hours. The company returned the call within 30 minutes of opening. They determined that they had a repair man in close proximity to our location and had him come over on the next call. The repair man arrived about 30 minutes later, went straight to work and based on the symptoms found the problem immediately. He (Mark - a nice guy) immediately replaced the part and the refrigerator worked. Time from call to the office (0730) to a working refrigerator (1000) was 2 and a half hours. Time from office opening to a fixed refrigerator was 1 and half hours. I definitely will call again if I have problems on any appliances. Beats our experience with any other appliance service. Mark, the repairman, was courteous, professional, willing to share information on reliability of our brand and other brands, kindly answered any question we had, and kept us informed of everything he was doing and finding. He is a great representative of his companies service.

The service technician called to let us know that he was on his way. He arrived on time and used booties while inside our home. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and replace the defective part quickly.

I called yesterday to schedule a repair, and they were able to schedule me for early today. My husband did the repair himself last night. When I called to cancel today, the lady was very friendly and understanding.

The office staff was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next business day, which was more than I expected. On the next business day, the repairman called ahead of time and arrived within the expected three hour appointment time window. We discussed the problem, and after looking at the non-working oven, he showed me the telltale sign of a short in the bake element of the oven. Because I had given the office staff the make and model of the electric range, the repairman had a replacement bake element on-hand and was able to quickly repair the oven. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Repairman arrived within the two hour window appointment time. The office staff was very helpful in working with me to find a "next day" appointment remembering that a new repair person lived in my area which would facilitate the availability for the next day. She quoted that there was a $70 charge for the visit that would be waived if they did the repair. Because my refrigerator could not be fixed unfortunately, it was the compressor a worst case scenario, I had to pay the $70 less the Angie's list 10% off coupon which was deducted leaving me paying $63. The repairman did show me the telltale sign something was going wrong so that I knew to watch for these type things in the future. I also asked for recommendations for a reliable bottom drawer frig and he was happy to name a few and tell me why. Very helpful. Would not hesitate to call them again.

This guy is larger than life. Not only competent and courteous, he even brought our Deer Park water bottles up from where the delivery man left them at the curb (another vendor critique there) because I just had back surgery and could not lift the bottles. If my daughter weren't married I would introduce them. Great guy, great outfit.

One of my burners burned out after only 2 years. All American Appliance ordered the part and it came in within a week and they installed it. They were very easy to get in touch with and were very prompt and responsive.

The tech confirmed our diagnosis and replaced the part which he had on his truck.

I am extremely pleased with this high quality, honest, easy to work with company, All American. When our washer broke I had to find a company that could come out at a time that worked for us. I turned to Angie's List and found All American. I called and they were able to come within 24 hours and at a very convenient time. When Mark arrived, very promptly and after he called to let me know he was on the way, he looked at the washer and found that the rotor in the back had not been installed properly at the factory. He was in and gone before his office even opened for the day, and called me back later that day with a to-the- penny accurate estimate for the repair, including the part and installation. It took about 1 week for the part for our 2 year old LG front load washer to arrive. All American touched base with me by phone to confirm the install date. Mark arrived, again very promptly, did the install, gave us the Angie's List discount, and was on his way. He wrote up a description of the work that included a description of how the rotor had not been installed properly, and offered to talk to anyone if need be. Later in the day I realized I wanted to have a picture of the old rotor, called the office, which then coordinated with Mark, who brought the part back to the house at the end of the day. Wow. Fantastic service. Will be using again. I'm very glad to have found such a great company.

The technician (Mark) arrived on time, had a great attitude, and was a pleasure to work with. Although he didn't have the part on-hand, he was able to locate one within the immediate vicinity. He went out and got the part, and performed the installation and had my stove up and running in a short amount of time. Mark was knowledgeable on the parts needed for various makes/models of stoves. He explained that the part, if obtained from the company that manufactured my stove, would take several weeks to obtain. However, he was able to use an identical part from another company which cost much less and was available immediately. I will DEFINITELY use this company again.
