They ended up inspecting several appliances. They were very reasonable, polite, and quick. They were extremely responsive and they came out the same afternoon. They were just terrific.

They showed up during the 3 hour window as promissed. The technician called before arrival. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I didn't grade them on price because I had no basis for comparrison although the price seemed reasonable. I would use this company again.

I was able to receive an appointment for the very next day. The arrived within the given window of time. They were professional and made a point of showing me the damaged and brand new parts so I could see the damage. They also told me why my heating element became damaged, and strongly recommended that I repair my dryer so I wouldn't have to contact them again the next week. I was very pleased.

On the evening of Friday, November 4th, my Maytag side-by-side refrigerator stopped running. Saturday morning, we called All American Appliance Service, Inc. and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, November 7th, to see if the refrigerator could be fixed or if it needed to be replaced. A service technician came out around 10am and said that the Defrost Control Board and a wiring harness needed to be replaced. He did not have the parts on his truck and it might take a few days until they could get the parts. He said he would get back to me shortly with the information as to when the parts would be available. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician charged me for the service call. While waiting to hear back from the company, I checked with another company and they said that they had the parts and could install them in the afternoon. With this in mind, I called Bonnie Woolsey (owner) at All American Appliance Service and explained that I needed to know if they could get the parts and install them in the afternoon. She checked and called me back and said that the technician would be available to get the parts and install them in the afternoon. I said that was fine. The technician showed up after 7pm; however, he had the wrong Defrost Control Board part. I was not happy at all, as the technician had already seen my control board and did not open up the box to check to see if the new control board was the same one that I needed. I said that I would take care of it myself and would not use All American Appliance Service again. I found the Defrost Control Board part first thing the next morning. I picked it up and put it in. I called Bonnie on Tuesday morning to let her know my unhappiness. She said that she was very sorry and that their parts distributor gave them the wrong part. She was going to follow up with them to see why. Bonnie also said that she was not going to charge my credit card for the service call and hoped that I would use her company in the future. I selected this company using Angie’s List.

My auto settings on my dryer were never turning off. I assumed that the timer was broken. I also wanted the inside dryer vent hose cleaned out. I called for service and the lady on the phone was friendly and professional. They were actually available to come to my house faster than I was able to get my act together so I delayed the appointment, a first in my experience dealing with repair companies.The repairman was on time, friendly, explained what he was finding, what he was doing to do and what to look for if the problem should pop up again. Turns out the timer was fine, the vent hose was clogged, really clogged. I now know the signs to look for, what to do to stay on top of the problem, and who I will call if I have another problem. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that knows what they are doing and charges a fair and reasonable rate! Called to repair washing machine which was making lots of noise and shaking. Technician was able to quickly find problem and replace bad part without replacing entire machine. Was very courteous and professional throughout process. Second call was to diagnose and fix problem with refrigator/freezer. Technician found problem and repaired same within a short time- and also was able to show us how to find and fix problem if it ever came up again, (saving another house call). This company was one of the best we have ever dealt with- prompt, courteous, efficient, and HONEST. This is the company I will call for appliance repairs, and will recommend all my friends and aquaintances do likewise.!

I woke up this morning to a puddle on the floor under the refrigerator and everything in my freezer thawed out. I immediately jumped on Angie's List to find someone reputable to come out and fix it ASAP. I called just before 9:00am and Mark showed up at my house about an hour later. He had the part in his truck and fixed the refrigerator in less than 20 minutes! He even went the extra step of dumping out my ice bin so the melted water wouldn't freeze and jam the ice maker. I was especially pleased with Mark's professionalism. I would definitely call them again...I just hope I won't have to.

All American Appliance did a wonderful job at a good price. I had a previous estimate on the refrigerator repair which I thought was too high based on the cost of the part and the labor necessary. I decided to get a second estimate from All American after seeing their good reviews. They had a much more reasonable price. The other company wanted to charge me more than twice as much just for the refrigerator repair. All American did the work quickly even though we had to wait for a part to be ordered. I will definitely use them again!

Very well, the tech was ontime and got the job done quickly. Even cleaned up the mess from the melting frost in the freezer.

This is the second time I have used All American. I highly recommend them.

I had great luck with them. They worked on the appliances at a rental property, so I never met the company but the tenant was well pleased. It is refreshing to have quality work done by a company that worked on a rental property that I did not directly oversee. They were reasonably priced, responsive, and I am happy with the result.

They diagnosed quickly and replaced the part for a reasonable price. Only minor gripe is that the technician did not give my wife a written estimate on initial visit and pricing he communicated was confusing. Wife had to call to office to confirm estimate. However, all work was completed on time and in accordance with estimate.

My dishwasher was not draining and I called to have a technician come out to give an estimate on repair. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He determined that the pump was broken and that it would cost $200-250 to replace so I decided not to repair it and just to buy a new dishwasher.

The service person (AJ) was on time, called before coming and was very pleasant to talk with. He got right to work and was done within a hour. I will be using this company again when needed.l

When the gentleman came out the original quote was $280. I told him that I thought this was too high. When they asked how we heard of them and we told them Angie's List and they offered a 10% discount. I said I would have someone else do it or try myself for the price. He then called his office spoke with someone and when he was off the phone asked if I was a first time customer and I said "yes". He then told me since we were he could do it for $200 instead. I still thought this was a little high, but agreed to it because I didn't want to wait any longer to get it fixed. When finding this company on Angie's List I expected this business to be easier to deal with and not have to negotiate to receive a reasonable price in the beginning. It seemed like they were trying to get as much out of us as they could. The worker that came out did the work quickly, efficiently, and he was very friendly. Based off of my first experience with them and having to negotiate a price instead of receiving a fair price in the beginning I would not use this company again.

There was no problem scheduling an appointment and the technician Mark arrived right on time. He was very familiar with Maytag stackables including ones as ancient as ours, and even had some sort of special tool in his truck for measuring the performance of their specific electronic systems. (Said it had been several years since he'd last had a use for it!) He determined that something was grounded in the dryer that should not have been and fixed it right away. As for the washer, it turns out that replacement parts for the lid latch lock sensor are no longer available but he figured out a way to make the old one operational and said if what he did stopped working he would come back and just disconnect the whole thing at no extra charge. I LOVE this washer/dryer and had been so afraid that it might not be fixable and would have to be replaced at great expense and with something that would not fit nearly as well into the space we have. Thus I am absolutely thrilled with All American Appliance and will not hesitate to call them for any other appliance repairs we might need in the future. Their technician was extremelly knowledgeable and I think it also helps that they do not sell appliances and thus have no vested interest in declaring yours to be dead before its time is really up.

Repairman showed up on time and troubleshot problem. I opted to only pay for the $70 troubleshoot and not pay for repair as it was over $400 and another appointment and machine was 11 years old. This company was selected after initially going to the Maytag designated service company of A&E and I was having problems getting responsive service. I was glad I opted to go with All American Appliance as they were able to come out quickly and were up front on the cost to troubleshoot. Had the repair estimate been lower I would have had them order the parts and come back and do the repair.

All American Appliance was able to schedule me on a day I was going to be home. They showed up on time, very friendly and professional. Even though the noise had ceased, I played a video I had recorded on my iPhone. He told me what the noise probably was, that is generally isn't a problem. Then showed me where to investigate if I heard the noise again. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great deal.

We called All American about some issues we were having with our washing machine and they were able to get out to our house on the same day. We found them through Angie's List and had no previous experience with them. They inspected our washing machine and then told us that repairs could be done but given the age of our machine, a better option would be to purchase a new machine. We appreciated their honesty and will certainly be using them going forward.

I am extremely happy that I took the time to go through Angie's List and utilize their service. I also think All American AAppliance Service is very fortunate to have "AJ" as an employee. He was very professional and using the information I provided, he quickly corrected the problem. I might also add that he checked the inside seal around the door, and found a piece of plastic inside which he removed. I recalled that about a year after I bought the washer I had a problem with it not draining. I had to pay for a service call and the problem was that baby socks became logged inside the rubber seal and the tech merely reach inside and pulled that out clearing the drain area. My next washing machine will be a top loader!

I was given a selection of appointments for the following day. I chose 7:30 am. Mark called about 7:15 and arrived at 7:30am :) After examining the dryer but before repair he told me the problem and the cost of repair work. I said OK and he went out to his vehicle, got the part and fixed the dryer. He also left the place clean. I paid him and he was on his way. This took less than an hour and I was back in business with a working dryer. I am very happy. Thanks Mark!

Appreciated the call prior to his arrival so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he explained what he was doing and why, much appreciated, and told me what I needed to do to maintain the dryer in the future and showed me how. He was even cool with our senior citizen collie monitoring his progress and offering him kisses.

If you want immediate service this is not the one for you. If you can wait 3-4 days for service then I highly recommend. Also you cannot request the time of day you want. Your service determines on the area you are in. Service in my area is 12-3pm. The technician was very prompt, checked in by phone at 11:50am and was at my residence in 20 minutes. The repair was very minor. I was able to return to the office having completed the service call on my lunch hour.

Fixed my dishwasher...made some recommendations to avoid future maintenance requirements. Honest, upfront, on time. Perfect experience.

The experience went very well. I thought I needed a new gasket, but the technician identified the problem as being in the hinges and replaced them. Problem solved!
