On 1/17/12 Mark, the technician, called prior to arrival. Upon arrival Mark set to work trying to duplicate the problem. Mark explained the fact that 1 of 4 parts could be at fault but that he would NOT replace anything unless he could duplicate the problem. As it turned out Mark could not. Mark gave me his number to call if it occurred in the future. He also explained that he would replace only the part shown to fail the most often in the past. I consider this a great outcome.

Was experiencing frost build-up inside freezer compartment of kitchen refrigerator. Technician (Waleed) quickly troubleshot, identified faulty component, replaced it (defrost circuit thermostat), and was done in 30 minutes. Very courteous, very professional. Had some trouble (self-inflicted) afterwards. Waleed came out again, figured out what was going on, and charged nothing for the follow-on visit.

When I spoke with Bonnie she was professional and able to arrange a service visit quickly. Mark came, having called ahead of time, and arrived within the arranged time frame. He was prompt, efficient and pleasant. I was pleased with the service, the price and the prompt assistance. And they have photos of dogs on their website!

Tech came, quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the job in less than 20 minutes. It worked out great!

While my family and I were away for the weekend, our refrigerator decided to stop working. It wouldn't keep anything cold and the freezer wasn't working. I called All American Applicance Inc and was immediately set up with an appointment. I was told the name of the technician and given a window of 12 to 3. Mark called me at 1145 to tell me he was on his way. He arrived promptly at noon. He was very friendly and professional. He went straight to work on our repair. Within 5 minutes he was able to tell me the problem. The relay was out. He gave me the estimate and my options. I asked him to go ahead with the repair. He finished up in about 20 minutes. He gave me his number and told me to call him if I had any problems. From the time he walked in the door to the time the repair was finished took about 30 minutes. Promptness, service, knowledge, price...all excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Our Whirlpool Cabrio washer is about two years old. It is an expensive washer so I didn't expect something to go wrong so soon. It would start to go through the cycle and then stop, leaving the washer full of water and heavy wet clothes. It showed a F51 code. I called Whirlpool service 800 number. First they tried to sell me an extended warranty for about $250. They said that the repair could cost upwards of $400. Whirlpool said that if I purchased the extended warranty it would cover the current repair and repairs for a year. The appliance repair company Whirlpool used could not come to my house for about two weeks. We would be without a washer for all that time. I went ahead and made the appointment with Whirlpool because I didn't know of any other repair company. When I looked up the company that worked for Whirlpool on Angie's list and other rating places on the Internet I found that they had a bad reputation. I called Whirlpool back and cancelled the appointment. Waiting for two weeks only to find out the service was poor was not what I was looking for. I then searched on Angie's list for an appliance company with a good rating. I found All American Appliance Service. When I called All American to get an appointment they were very polite and helpful. They had an opening the next morning. The serviceman called before he came and was there on time. He checked the washer throughly and told me that the F51 code could mean the control was bad, but he would like to check the less expensive options first. He found the drum was loose. He tightened that and when he tried the washer it ran through a full cycle without stopping and without the F51 code. He told me that it was still possible that the control was bad. So, if the code came up again and I had the same problem I should call right away and he would get the part and bring it right out. It cost me $62.95 for a repair that could have cost me hundreds of dollars. All American Appliance Service even has a senior discount! Everyone I dealt with at All American Appliance Service was friendly and helpful. They were more interested in making the customer happy than charging them for repairs they didn't need. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. This is the company that I will call again for appliance repairs and will recommend to my friends and family.

In both situations, we have been completely satisfied with the service, professionalism, and efficiency of All American Appliance. They treat the customer from the first phone call as if the problem is an important one to address. I appreciated that.

American Appliance Service was able to come out on the Friday before Christmas. They called about 20 minutes before coming, as they said they would. When the tech arrived, he tech pulled out the oven, located and fixed a burned wire, charged $110, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service, and frankly wish that I had called him at the outset, instead of trying to do it myself.

After consulting Angie's List I contacted ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE INC and spoke to the owner. I explained my problem with a noisy refrigerator and floppy dishwasher door. The repairman came out a few days later and was very quick to diagnose the problem with the Amana refrigerator - that needed a new evaporator fan motor, which had to be ordered. He then turned his attention to the dishwasher door, and spent about half an hour replacing that door spring which had come off somehow. The same repairman returned eleven days later with the new fan and replaced it quickly. He was very professional in the way he handled the job. I have confidence in the quality of the work and it was a fair price for the work.

Washing machine wasn't spinning clothes dry, and was making a grinding sound. Called All American and they had someone come out later the same day. He arrived exactly at the very end of the timeframe quoted. Repairman was very poilte, and after a short assessment of the machine essentially said it wasn't worth the cost to fix. Other than the fact I paid $63 for 2 mins (don't think you can avoid this from any company), I was satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Team arrived on schedule. They were courteous and most professional. Work was satisfactorily completed. Work was reasonably priced. I would most definately use the service again.

My initial call to the company was handled appropriately and they responded the next day on time. A.J. and assistant inspected the machine and advised that the transmission function was broken and that it would be very expensive to repair and since my washer was over 12 yrs. old it would not be cost effective to repair it but he could fix it if I insisted. I elected to buy a new washer.I was impressed with AJ's honesty and his professional attitude and demeanor. Finally it did not cost me an arm and leg to find out my washer was not worth fixing.

All American Appliance was professional from start to finish... I would highly recommend them. I called them on a Thursday to come take a look at a broken washing machine, and refrigerator ice maker. They couldn't come until Wed. of the following week, but that was standard with most that I called. I liked the fact that their trip charge for coming out was waived if you used their service, and that they offered a 10% Angie's List discount. I also LOVED that they were super service award winners for 4 years straight, and had glowing reports, and an average grade of A, with many reports. They were professional on the phone, and when the serviceman came out (Mark) he called before to double check the type of refrigerator so that he could have the parts on hand before coming out, just in case he needed them. I appreciated that. He ended up fixing the ice maker, and recommending we get a new washer, based on the problem, and the expense to fix it. overall, I was VERY happy.... professional, communicated well, fair price, and great service....

We have an adult daughter with disabilities who generates lots of laundry. For us to be without our dryer is a real strain on the workings of our household. I called the company and started to explain my situation, which the woman understood immediately. She told me that she could have a technician at our house between one and four. The technician called before two and arrived five minutes later. He determined that we needed a new heating element, had the part on the truck and fixed the dryer. The whole process was quick, pleasant and professional. In addition, I saved 10 percent as an Angie's List subscriber! I highly recommend this company.

The service was scheduled, by Bonny, to occur from 10AM-1:00PM. At 11:30AM Roy called and said he would be there in 15 min. Shortly thereafter he arrived. He detirmined that the "new" Amana gas range and oven we had purchased from Sears 4 years ago had, in fact, been previously repaired and the ignitor on the bake (lower) portion had been replaced. He replaced that but gas was still not flowing to either top or bottom. He then checked the gas flow safety valve. I couldn't see what he had done but when he finished both elements worked. Roy worked quickly, cleaned up everything, gave us a discount that Bonny had promised because we found them on Angie's List and was a great representitive for the company. I would absolutely use them again.

Efficient, pleasant and professional from the first contact when scheduling the repair to the technician who came to do the repair. First rate company. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part on the truck. He also very graciously vacuumed the area behind and underneath the frig. The frig. is cooling properly now.

Told technician would arrive between 1 and 3 PM....he arrived shortly after 1 PM...quickly found problem and suggested purchasing another appliance instead of repairing.

We called All American early in the morning and they arrived same afternoon. Mark was professional and quickly identified and resolved the problem - he had the necessary part on hand and installed it within 30 minutes. We were extremely satisfied with the work, responsiveness and professionalism and would recommend All American to others.
