They did a super job. They were very professional and courteous, got the job done, and arrived on time both visits (initial estimate and work done). We will definitely call them again for future appliance issues.

Repaired the dryer with the first visit. The technician was friendly and helpful... suggested we have the dryer vent cleaned as well. Fixed it right the first time.

We noticed the ice cream had melted in the freezer and the temperature had risen to 23 degrees. We call All American Appliances and was given an immediate commitment for the service call the following morning at 8 am. The service technician, Mark, called before he arrived to inform us he was on the way and arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled. He slid the refrigerator out and diagnosed the problem very quickly and replaced the control board which short circuited in the locations. He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. An absolutely delight. The service visit and board was $260.00 but with the 10% Angie's list discount, the total price was $234.00. I would strongly recommend All American Appliances to anyone with an appliance repair need.

Roy the technician who serviced the washer was very knowledgeable about our issue. Since we have an LG, and LG never stocks parts, they had to order the part. Doris (I think that was her name) was great on the phone and let us know that the part was back ordered. To our surprise it came in earlier than expected and Roy was back out a day or two after they let us know the part came in. Roy was also great with my 2 big dogs. I highly recommend them again.

All American Appliance Service did excellent work at a fair price. However, they waited one day to schedule the repair, even though we mentioned concerns on an internal lint fire. Mark showed up on time and was courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Service was great from initial phone call to completion of task. The problem was explained clearly to me, an estimate was given, and when I agreed, the part was ordered on the spot. The technician was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Our oven is working great now.

Very professional, from the time I called for an appointment to the time technician arrived. Tech was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. Washing machine was fixed right the first time. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

The service rep who called on me was Mark, he was pleasant,professional,efficient and I would ask for him if I needed any other work done at my house. All and all an outstanding experience.

The technician was very friendly, professional and quick! The washer was fixed for a very reasonable price and works wonderfully now.

I really like their availability, timeliness, and professionalism. I would give them a B rating for quality of service because there is a problem. The technician comes and fixes it, but again it happens after a few months or so. I am definitely looking for a permanent fix, but somehow I have to keep calling him again. It is not a permanent service, but some kind of dependence. The pricing is good, and I have no problem with that. I will definitely recommend them if someone wants.

The bake element on my range made a loud pop and caught on fire. I unplugged the stove and found All American on Angie's List. It happened on a Thursday afternoon and they could not come out until Monday but that was fine with me. They gave me a time range from noon to 3pm and arrived right at noon which was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and told me that I would need a new bake element. He got the serial number from the range so that it could be ordered. It took about a week for the part to come in, but the technician disconnected the oven so that I could still use the stove top during that time. When the part came in, the technician came back and installed it. Again he came right at 1pm when I had said I could be home which was great.

The technician, Naleed was great. He figured out what the problem was immediately.

The machine stopped working on Sunday. I sent out several e-mail requests to different companies listed on Angie's List. Of all the companies, only Bonnie called me to talk to me. The rest of the companies either did not respond or sent a generic e-mail telling me that they would need more information. When I explained to Bonnie what the machine was doing, she said it sounded like the coupling. I was able to get an appointment based on my schedule (afternoon on Tuesday). Mark, the technician, was awesome. He went right to work and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. He also gave me advice on which cycle to use on my machine for the best water removal during the spin cycle. Mark was professional yet considerate. He even stood patiently there as my dog sniffed him up and down for several minutes! Because I'm an Angie's List member, I received a discount. So glad that I have this membership because otherwise I might never have contacted All American Appliance Service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing repair on appliances.

The company came and found a broken part on our appliance. They ordered the part and called when it was ready to be installed. We set the meeting for this morning from 10-1 and no one arrived to fix our appliance. Such a disappointment.

We received the value we expected, and more. They were on time, professional, tidy, and speedy. Have used them before and will use them again.

On the first call, the complaint was our Kitchen Aid dishwasher was not cleaning well. I had diagnosed that the upper wash arm was not turning. Thus when the technician diagnosed the problem as the pump assembly, it was beliveable. The tech pointed out that the assemblies on these earlier model Whirlpool manufactured dishwashers were prone to failure, although mine had lasted 5 years. He also noted that the newer units had been redesigned and had not been a problem lately. The part was ordered, and I was told it would take about two weeks. The dishwasher functioned; we just couldn't put anything in the top rack or it wouldn't clean and we had to pre-clean items better. It was two weeks; the part arrived, and it took him about 20 minutes to replace. The second call was our clothes washer. it had apparently been leaking for months, but we though it was the drain tub backing up, we even had the drain "snaked". Then I noticed fresh water running from underneath the washer as it filled. I thought it was the water inlet valve. Nope, it was the pump; in fact, it was the pump cover. the AA tech had the part on the truck and replace it in 15 minutes. The cost was about $135. Appliance repair is expensive, (This is the reason that reliability, reliability and reliability---Oh and did I mention reliability, are the major attributes i look for in appliances, above features, color and other do-dads, even warrenties). A quick diagnosis, correct fix, and prompt service were worth it. I might have been able to do this myself, but it would have taken me all day and I would have been in a bad mood afterwords.

The service was fabulous. It was first rate. The whole process was great. There was a live person that answered the phone, who was helpful and personable. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The person they sent out called before he came and he was on time. He was friendly, nice and explained everything. They cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably priced. You couldn't ask for anything better than that. I will call and use them again without a doubt.

The guy spent a half hour checking it out and he figured out it was the motherboard on the computer and he went out to his truck because he had an extra one that was suppose to be for someone later that week but he used it for me and said he could get another one before then. I would tell a friend or family member about them.

We called them for service and they were willing to come out the next day. They gave us a 3 hour window for the appointment and arrived in that window. The technician went right to work and fixed the problem. One of the selling points for me was that he was concerned with damaging or dirtying my house when he made the repairs so he took extra precautions to ensure that would not occur. I asked for a card so I could call them again if needed.

Performed work as expected, did not try to rip-off or inflate price. Performed work professionally, as-promised, and within expected price range.

Quick to get an appointment. Ron (or Roy spelling?) came out and looked at the appliance in need of repair. What started as a defective dryer that turned out to be just fine ended with the fixing of the fridge and the dishwasher. Ron took note of the model numbers and promised a 2 week turnaround. His office scheduled the install about 2 week later (without the Holidays in between it would sure would have been faster). It took him 20 minutes to replace the parts. He worked clean and tidy and was a very nice gentleman! Should we have trouble with appliances in the future we will call him again.

I was give a 4 hour service window (12-4). The technician called when he was on his way. He arrived and introduced himself, and I took him to the laundry room. It took between 30-45 minutes to fix the hose to my washer.

I used them twice. They were really good. I thought they had a good price. They were fast and they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Mark the technician came out on time after calling us 15 minutes to give us the heads up he was on the way. He replaced the heating element in about 15 minutes which meant he had the part on the truck. I mentioned to him I had heard of All American from Angie's List and he immediately took off 10% from my bill reducing the $160.00 to $144.00. I really like working with them and would use them again.
