Expedient and Excellent diagnosis. Within two hours (the time it took for the water to freeze) my icemaker was making ice again. The service repair individual was pleasant and went right to work. I definitely will employ this company again for similar services.

Another company had been out and incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a control panel, but then also said parts were no longer available.All American came in and immediately identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. 30 minutes tops start to finish and I had my microwave back.I would highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing. i was so impressed with their service, i didn't even use the 10% off coupon that was listed for Angies list customers.

Bonnie was very nice. There was a snafu over getting the part rushed, but it was not the company's fault. It was the supplier so, the repair took nearly two weeks to complete. Would use again.

I gave this company a B opposed to an A because I was still worried about using my dryer, as it still felt hot to my touch on the top; he could not duplicate the problem when he was at my residence; I still felt there might be something wrong; called again, appx. two/three days later and asked the receptionist shoudl I have him back or what would he recommend? Bottom line is -- I never heard anything back from the technician Roy (the receptionist said she would tell him and he would call me back).

I called late Friday afternoon and they said that they would be there before 11 a.m. They arrived at 10 and finished the work quickly. The technician was professional and knowledgeable.

After a major power outage, the refrigerator would no longer cool. We called All American Appliance Service and we scheduled a repair day. We provided the model number of the refrigerator and the technician was able to repair the refrigerator within 30 minutes on the first visit. We also had him look at our oven display which was getting very dim. This part was ordered and within a week, they returned to install the new display readout which took less than 30 minutes. Roy, the technician, was neat, clean, extremely professional and knowledgeable about all of our appliances. I would definitely use All American Appliance Service for all my future appliance needs, and will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Bonnie was very pleasant when I called to schedule service and, despite their very busy schedule due to a recent increase in service calls after major power outages, she was able to accomodate my schedule. Mark called prior to his arrival to announce when he would be there and was right on time. He was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He obtained the proper part, installed it the same day and the problem with my melting ice cream has been resolved! I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend All American Appliance.

When I called to make an appointment, they were very helpful in getting me scheduled. My window for repair was from 9-12, but Mark the technician arrived pretty early in the window. He knew immediately what the problem was with my on again, off again refrigerator. He showed me where the board had blown out on my refrigerator. He also knew the problem with the ice maker and fixed it immediately. He told me if I didn't have ice when I got home from work, I should call them immediately. He was courteous, knowledgeable and walked me through the repairs. I would use All American Appliance Service, Inc. again. I was very happy with their service.

Because the problem could not be duplicated no matter how many times he ran the dishwasher, I cannot comment on the quality of his work. But I can say that he tried every which way to duplicate the issue and thoroughly checked out our fridge to ensure that there were no problems. He also was very, very clean. He vacuumed our fridge area and took his shoes off before he entered our house. He did inform us that the $80 we spent could be applied in the next 30 days if he was called back to our place and was able to find and fix the problem.

Cory came earlier then promised, which was great! He discussed the pros and cons of fixing the washer and answered my questions. Luckily, he had the parts needed to fix it and got to work. He did the work quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the job from beginning to end. I would call them again.

Service window was from noon to three - I received a call from serviceman at 1145 that he was on his way and he arrived right at noon. He got straight to work after I described problem, which turned out to be due to nothing more than a loose connection behind the circuitboard. He repaired the connection. He then checked to make sure the intermittent operation of the machine I reported was not due to any leakage (no sign of corrosion or water in the electronics) - provided an estimate for replacing the circuitboard just in case the problem wasn't actually resolved - but assured me that almost certainly it WAS fixed - and left around 1230 after making sure the machine was actually operational. Pros: Punctual, quick, professional, honest - with no attempt to sell me on a replacement or repair of a part that wasn't necessary. Only charged me $69 for the service call, and in the unlikely event I do need to replace the circuitboard over the next few weeks, they will deduct $69 from the cost of the follow-up visit because it will be considered part of the first service call. Cons: None whatsoever I will use these folks again if I ever have any issues with any of my kitchen appliances

Service man called as promised and arrived within agreed time window. He was polite, arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly, and seemed knowledgeable. When I called the company last Wednesday, I was told that they couldn't schedule a call until today (Monday), but we were OK with that, since machine was working, even with the misbehaving door. I have no idea how they respond to emergency calls, or how they would deal with more complex malfunctions. I certainly would use them again, based on this experience. My rating of quality is contingent on how well the repair holds up.

An excellent experience. The technician was right on time even though this was in the midst of the extended power outages from the recent storm. He quickly made the repairs, was friendly, and very professional. We were very pleased. I recommend them highly.

This is the second time I have called Bonnie. I have yet to be disappointed by her or her crew. They are timely and never ever have I had to wait for more than a 24-48 hours service call UNLESS I requested it myself. Corey is well informed about his trade and he has no problem explaining the problems in laymans terms. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need them. I think they are to be commended for their outstanding work from beginning to end.

They did a great job on the work itself. However, I was promised that the part they ordered would arrive much sooner (in 3-5 business days) than it did. I was assured the part would arrive promptly and there was no need to pay additional shipping to expedite. It actually took more like 7 business days, and I had to keep calling to find out it had arrived. It's not a huge deal, but I felt a little bit like they had other jobs that were more important and that my job was taking a back seat in terms of priority. Maybe they are just really busy because so many people are using them now - not sure. Anyway, I don't mean to disparage them, but that would be something they could work on.

I called American Appliance Service, Inc. because water from an interior filter system was leaking onto the refrigerator shelves. i had replaced the GE filter per the recommended schedule with no consequence until this problem began. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two. The technician, Mark, looked inside the refrigerator, checked all the hoses, etc. and then told me that the problem was likely with the filter head. He quoted a price for the part,which needed to be ordered. I asked if the problem could be that the replacement filter was perhaps not installed properly. He offered to replace it with a new one (which I had) to see if that possibly could solve my problem for just the cost of the service visit. I agreed, but not long after he left my house, the leaking started again. I called back to request that the part be ordered and a week or so later Mark returned to install the new filter head. My original service call fee was applied to this work along with the Angie's List discount which they offered. Problem solved! At my request, Mark also checked the seal on my 8 year old dishwasher. He determined that everything was fine at this time. He answered a few questions about repair record on some brands I'd been researching and he offered some advice about what to look for in a replacement. If in the future I need to call for service for an appliance, I will call on this company again.

The appointment was made quickly, the repairman was on time and completed the repair quickly. I was pleased!

The service provider greeted me professionally at the door and let me tell him what was going wrong with the machine. He listened patiently while reviewing the washer's instruction manual. He took apart the washer one element at a time and found loose clothing which had fallen underneath the basket. The socks were preventing the basket from rotating. We talked about how this likely occured and how to prevent this from reoccuring. He ran the the washer to make sure that the basket was rotating and that there were no leaks. We discussed the cost of the repair, the 90 day warranty of the repair, and he left me with some information about how to maintain and prevent problems in my other appliances. He told me to call if there were any other concerns.

The technician arrived on time and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He was very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend and I have already scheduled All American Appliance to fix my dishwasher. Update: I used them again two weeks later to fix my dishwasher. Another great job!

Bonnie was very nice and made an appointment for a technician to come out to look at our front load washer that was spewing water from the bottom all over the floor. Mark from All American Appliance arrived within the given time frame, went straight to work on our machine. After quickly assessing the problems - he had the cost for parts, replacement and labor. He was very helpful with information, to help us decide if we wanted to repair or just buy a new machine. It was only going on 7 years old! We went with fixing it. Mark had one of the two parts needed (the most important one, the second was only a door hinge that was not crucial to operation of the machine) on his truck and with our blessing, he installed the new drum boot aka the big rubber ring. We asked questions about a couple other things and he gave adivce to help us maintain our machine in good running condition. He orded the second part and will be returning in about 10-12 days to install. Definately recommend Mark and this company.

Excellent service and follow-up. Service call was punctual and professional. Appreciated the level of care and service and the fact that he had the part available so I didn't have to wait for a return visit.
