The services performed went very well. We called on Thursday to request an appointment and were scheduled with the repair person on the following Friday morning. Our window was 8:00 - noon. We were very fortunate that the repair person called at 7:30 a.m. on Friday to arrive at 8:00 a.m. He was very prompt. Went right to work and discovered the problem with our dishwasher. We were very pleased with the service and the repairman, Corey. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Wow and Wow. The service guy, Aleed, arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He came to assess our GE Monogram Refrigerator that is condensing on the fridge side, with water pooling. After assessing the fridge, Aleed told us that it was the insulation between the freezer and the fridge that is breaking down. He suggested for us to call GE and ask whether there's a recall list and file a report with them as the repair would be quite expensive if he were to do it. He gave us nice information packet and was explaining to us what was going on with the fridge. So, there was no work done, and as I was fully prepared to pay him the service charge, Aleed told us not to worry about it since he wasn't able to repair this problem. He came out, spent time diagnosing my fridge, and did not charge me anything. Great and honest guy and company. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage me at all, trying to sell me things that I don't need. I appreciate this type of service since we really don't see this type of service anymore! Thanks Aleed! I will definitely recommend you and your company to my friends and put you in our neighborhood repairman list!

They came, fixed the problem but failed to test it afterward. When I got home from work, I tried it. You have to start the dryer about 10 times before it will keep going and not stop about ten seconds after you start it. It's annoying and I wish they had properly tested it before declaring the repair complete.

Overall, the experience was very positive. I would definitely use this company again and would also recommend to others.

The part was ordered; however the company did not call me to follow-up on delivery as promised. After waiting two days beyond the expected part delivery date, I called and was told that the "part would be picked up". On the day of the installation, I missed the 15 minute warning phone call unfortunately (did not hear my cell phone). When I noticed the messages I immediately called within 30 minutes of the message time. The office told me that the next available time slot would be the following week on New Year's Eve because I live in Falls Church and the technician had already left the area for another neighborhood. After an extended conversation, i was told it could be done the next day. But that would have been incredibly inconvenient as well as it was impossible to take the following day off due to my work schedule. Only after extensive pleading & begging did the office agree to phone the technician to see if he would be willing to come back. Thankfully Waleed agreed and came later in the day to make the repair. I just moved to this area from Brooklyn, NY and have not had this kind of experience with appliance repair before. The firm utilized there would have gladly come back without all the begging & pleading. I am a good, faithful customer but this company obviously does not know that. As for pricing, their prices are very high. There was an incredible markup on the price of the valve. And while I was told by the office manager that I was getting a break from the manufacturers suggested part price markup. That does not seem true to me. I paid a big price for a minor part and a large labor charge on top of it. The technician was very professional and hopefully this repair will remedy the problem. The work is only guaranteed for 90 days.

they have been great about taking care of my rental property. honest esitmates and honest work. i would recomend them to anyone who asked.

When I called to make my appointment and describe the problem, the operator at All American Appliance was so kind and helpful. She made the reservation process easy. Our tech, Mark, came right on time and was professional and friendly. The job was done quickly and he had the part we needed so there was no waiting. I think he was here for barely 15 minutes! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, we will definitely use these folks in the future. Thank you and happy holidays!

Excellent experience. The techician was polite, on time, and diagnose the problem (worn gear on a vent door). He ordered the part. For the leak, he tested the defrost tray for leaks, and found none. He surmised that a coil was not submerged enough in the tray to evaoporate the water. He pushed it down and fixed it. When the new vent door came in, he installed it easily and no hidden charges. I highly recommend.

They were direct, honest, straight forward and felt very trustworthy. We never felt like we were being upsold or steered the wrong direction. Would call them for repair or advice any time.

I had a positive experience from my first phone call. All American Appliance answered the within a few rings and got me scheduled within 3-4 days. They were apologetic for the delay (which I suppose would be very important if the whole fridge were broken, but wasn't a big deal for us as we'd been without water for many weeks). Since our location was that of a business, we had to give a payment method (credit card) at the time of the appointment. Mark was our assigned technician. I'd provided them with out make & model, a description of the problem, and the things we'd already tried to fix it. On the day of the appointment, Mark called on his way over (which they said he'd do). He was very knowledgeable about the fridge & problem so he actually brought the part with him which was awesome. The model we have tends to freeze up right at the water dispensing point. Mark had a mini-heater part which was designed to fit perfectly in the space and he installed it like the true pro he clearly is. He was able to explain the problem, the history and what the manufacturer knew of the problem, that fixing it used to require replacing the whole door, etc. The service call took less than an hour with the promise that within 24 hours, this mini-heater would be doing its job to warm up the problem spot. Sure enough, it worked like a charm and we've got perfectly free-flowing water. We also got the the Angie's list discount which was great.

I phoned All American about our refrigerator, which wasn't working,on Monday. Keep in mind, this is one week away from Christmas, and Pauline managed to get me on the schedule the next morning, first thing. Mark, our technician, was very professional and very helpful. He took time to clearly explain the problem and recommend a repair. He had our refrigerator working again within a half hour. Truly excellent experience - now we can store all that extra food that comes with the holiday! Thank you Mark

Roy from All American Appliance came to my house on time and was able to determine that my dryer heating element was burned out. The heating element was a unique part and he did not have one in his truck but needed to order the part. The part was ordered and All American contacted me on Saturday afternoon to say part had arrived and would be able to come outs on Monday morning. I explained that I has=d a meeting later that morning and could I be the first stop that day. all american was able to accommodate and Roy arrived just before 0900. He was able to complete repair within 30 minutes and demonstrated that dryer was working again. Roy was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend All American Appliance to anyone in need of a quality appliance repair service.

The initial service call performed by the service tech, Roy, on the scheduled date of 11/30 was promptly, professionally, and courteously effected. Having been initially unfamiliar with the particular freezer model he efficiently utilized the time required to perform the necessary research and exam of the freezer so as to arrive at the correct solution, i.e., replacement of the faulty control panel, and had then offered the possibility of either my personally ordering and installing the part or of AAP doing so. We chose the latter. The part was promptly ordered at the quoted price and subsequently installed on 12/10 with the same degree of personal satisfaction. We would not hesitate to either refer or employ this company again.

The appointment was booked for three days after my call, and I was assigned a window of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the arrival of the repairman. At 1:45, I called to find out the status of his arrival (they say they'll call 15 minutes before, and I hadn't heard anything, and I had a 3:30 appointment I needed to get to). Initially, the woman I spoke with was a little brusque and just wanted to rest on "he still has 15 minutes." She said she had no way to track his location/progress. I said I had a 3:30 appointment; her reply was along the lines of, "Well, then we'll reschedule you." Unacceptable! I asked if he didn't have a cell phone and if she couldn't call him to get an ETA. She agreed she could, and there was an attitude shift to a more helpful countenance. She spoke with him and said he'd be here by 2:00. The repairman called about 10 minutes later to tell me that he'd be here closer to 2:30. Based on my description of the problem, he felt confident he could complete the repair in about 20 minutes, still giving me time to get to my 3:30 appointment. He was able to quickly complete the repair, and I was on time, but not without a little stress that I wouldn't be able to make the appointment and get the machine repaired that day.

Their professionalism and their response were good, however I felt that they weren't as thorough as they could have been. The oven's pilot light continued to go out after their visit, so I had to call another company to resolve the problem. Ultimately, I paid the company $90.00 for them to tell me that I had to hire someone else to repair the oven.

I called All American and they scheduled a technician for the following day. He called before his arrival and diagnosed and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. Corey was very professional and clearly knowledgeable of appliance repair.

They were absolutely phenomenal. The guy that came was extremely knowledgeable and saved us from having to buy a new refrigerator. We called them back because the freezer side was going up in down in temperature, and they were out the very next day. He just checked one more thing and apologized that he didn't catch it before. I would highly recommend them.

I called one day and had an appointment for the next am. Corey arrived in the small time frame window that I was given. From my description of the problem and the error codes he had an idea of what was wrong and he turned out to be right. The pump was clogged with sludge which he cleaned out. He ran it through a few diag. cycles and it seemed to have fixed the problem. He also opened up the dryer and showed me the tons of lint build up, which he vacuumed out. I thought that the price was very fair for the peace of mind of a quick fix done right from an obviously knowledgeable person. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs and appliance repair. My old stove died while preparing the Thanksgiving dessert - leaving behind no heat and a nasty smell. This was very scary so I decided to wait until I could get an excellent company to do whatever was needed. Well, All-American more than lived up to their reputation. The appointment was scheduled for the day and time I requested and Mark arrived exactly on time. Fifteen minutes later, he cheerfully informed me that replacing a simple part should solve all my problems and I could banish my nightmares of spending my Christmas budget on a new stove. He fixed it, tested it, and whisked himself out the door - all within an hour. My German Shepherd never even noticed he'd visited us.

This was a great experience, start to finish. All American Appliance Service sent a repairman right away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company highly and will certainly use them again in the future.

Repaired quickly and ordered a new part which was installed within 5 business days. I would definitely use them again.

Ran diagnostics and several cycles and could not recreate leak. Provided helpful suggestions on how to prevent leaking - such as cleaning the door, gasket prior to use to avoid lint/dirt creating a tiny gap which would allow water to leak through
