Bonnie was very helpful on the phone and able to get a technician to my house the next day, just as requested. The technician, Mark was punctual, polite, and straightforward regarding my issue. Honesty amongst technicians of any kind are often hard to find when you are a single female lacking mechanical inclination and people are usually looking to take you for all you can. Not the case with All American Appliance Service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and colleagues needing appliance repair.

The job All American Appliance did for us was fantastic. First, the office had to find out if they could even get the part our old range needed. They found the part and order the part for our old Roper electric range ! The range is over 35 years old. The office personnel called promptly and set up an appointment for Mark to come out to service the range. Mark was very prompt. When he said he'd be at the house he was. He came in and went straight to work getting rid of the old part and putting in the new one. Mark is not only very courteous, but he is very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff. We now have a fully working electric range, regardless that it's over 35 years old!! Hey, hey! I have my range back!! Thank you, Mark!!

I found All American Appliance Service through Angie's list. I called and the representative (Bonnie) who answered explained quite clearly the company's fee structure and process: they would charge about $70 to send a technician and diagnose the problem, and this fee would be deducted from the cost of the actual repair, if I decided to go forward with it. I had 2 problems. (1) My dishwasher had completely stopped working and was blowing the circuit breaker if turned on, and (2) the control pad on my gas range was becoming harder and harder to engage. One pad -- the one that increases the amount of cooking time or the temperature of the oven -- was just not responding no matter how hard we pushed on it. Since I had 2 problems, both were diagnosed for a single charge. As explained, once the diagnosis was determined, the company ordered necessary replacement parts and scheduled a second appointment for performing the actual repair. Everything went as promised. The technician arrived well within the promised three-hour window, and performed his tasks expertly, rapidly, and without making any mess. He took about ten minutes on his first visit to determine the problem with the dishwasher and the range, and upon his return visit some days later to fix the dishwasher, he arrived, dismantled the dishwasher, and replaced the motor/pump assembly in less than 30 minutes. When he came back to fix the range, he was in and out within about 12 minutes. Both appliances work like new now. I feel the price charged was fair , given the level of technical expertise the repairman demonstrated, his punctuality, the clarity and completeness of all communications with the company, and the rather substantial parts that were required for these repairs. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Plus, I got a discount for being an Angie's member.

Courteous, knowledgeable technician (Mark) rapidly diagnosed problem with clothes dryer (drum support) and immediately installed replacement part, which has performed well ever since (more than 6 months). He also unclogged kitchen disposal. I explained I'd found the company through Angie's List and Mark applied the discount even though I didn't have a printed coupon ready-to-hand.

Excellent! Talked to Pauline, who was very helpful with my initial phone call about fixing my maytag washer. I told her I needed to order a boot kit and that I needed to have it installed. Gave her my model no. of my appliance and she said she would call me back within 15 minutes and let me know if they had that part in the warehouse. I receieved a call back from her in less than 10 minutes stating they did have the part and that a technician would be able to install it on Friday, 2/1/13. She gave me a quote (along w/coupon for discount) and I accepted. She said it would be Marc that would be coming to our home between the hours of 11-2. On Friday, 2/1/13, I received a pre-follow up call from Marc at 1:00, (technician), stating that he was on his way (20 min). He arrived with the part that we ordered, installed it without a problem, checked the cycle to make sure that there were no problems and gave me a receipt and I paid. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about repairing large appliance items. Removed all trash and discarded. When I went to do a load of wash the next day though, I did notice that the door on my washer (maybe when reassembled) was not plum with the machine at the bottom, although it does lock. I called them back to ask if Marc could return to adjust the door and they were very helpful and accommodating and we scheduled a revisit for this Thursday, 2/7/13. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend this company and your website to friends/neighbors. The gentleman was on time and professional. Showed me the problem and what needed to be repaired before he did it.

The heating unit was replaced in the microwave. The technician, Ronnie, was punctual in arriving, diagonosed the problem, ordered the part, and replaced the part all within a weeks time. He was very professional, timely, and the microwave works perfectly. Also, they honored the 10% Angies discount. Very please with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were and have always been pleased with the techs sent by All American. They are polite and professional AND get right to work. We like the way they explain what caused the problem and also show us the bad parts. Even the cat liked the Tech! Everything worked perfectly after the service call was complete and the tech cleaned up after he was finished. He also rescued 7 cat toys from under the stove which probably explains why the cat liked him :) Thank you All American Appliance!

I sent All American Appliance an Angie's list email and got a very quick response (within 24 hours) - the contact person at All American, Bonnie, did a great job communicating the cost, time needed, part(s) needed, etc. - the tech person Roy was on time and installed the washer door boot in an amazingly short amount of time. The cost was exactly what they estimated and was very reasonable. Very professional organization - keep up the great work. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My garbage disposal quit working entirely. The lady who booked my appointment over the phone was very polite and helpful. Repairman came the next day, was on time during the service window, was extremely polite, and had the disposal working again quickly. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

Very well. Unfortunately the basket on the two year old washer is worn out of balance and the manufacturer has not recall soit looks like we will soon replace the washer but never again a Whirlpool. May have been a great name in the old days but now that they are no better than anyone else now. The repair folks were just great however. He refused to take any money for the return trip to replace the latch...when did you hear of that happening recently?

All American arrived at our home to fix an intermittent problem with our washing machine seizing up. Technician removed some socks, a pair of underwear and part of a membership card from the machine and got the machine moving. We started a load in the washer, things seemed to be fine, the technician departed. The "fix" lasted all of 3/4 of a load of laundry before the same problem reoccured. All American's response is that they would send someone out two days later on a work day afternoon which means we have to take half day off of work (they only make appointments for "morning" or "afternoon" with a call 15 minutes prior). Instead of making things right, they create more problems.

Very response when first called for availability and quote. Very reasonable service charge for visit was applied to total repair cost. Did not up sale new parts rather repaired existing part and provided 90 day warranty. Would definitely recommend!

Mark was my repairman. He was timely and called 15 minutes prior to arrival for both the testing and installation appointments. He explained to me the testing that he did and what he found. He ordered the part and was the one who came back to install the part. He also advised me of the warranty on the replacement part.

I had All American Appliance work on a used refrigerator in our basement. Technician arrived right at the beginning of the two hour window, was extremely friendly and found the problem in less than 5 minutes. The refrigerator was a hand-me-down from some neighbors who had it sitting unplugged for over a year in their basement before they moved. Turns out its bad to keep a refrigerator unplugged and parts can seize up. The fridge needed a new part which they didn't have on-hand and had to order it. Took about a week with the holiday mixed in for the part to come in and for the tech to come back out. The tech needed about 15 minutes to install, also re-aligned the door for a good seal, and was out in 20 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a more efficient repair.

I started with my Angie's List search many months ago when the fridge started to act up. Bonnie was quick to reply to emails and answer questions. Due to work travel and family I could not schedule the work, and I hoped it would not need repair. After sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas the fridge finally gave out. I emailed Bonnie and scheduled an appointment in the next opening, Waleed the service tech showed up on time, called ahead as they promised. He was here about 10-20 mins, determined the problem and said he would order part. Part came in I scheduled the install with Bonnie for today. Again they said he would call 30 mins before arriving. He did call and came as promised. Waleed the service tech was very nice, helpful and pleasant to talk with. The fridge came on right away as he said it would and seems to be cooling fine now. He said to call if I had problems. So hopefully I will not have to call, but if there is a problem I am sure they will be on top of it. I cant say enough about them, I prefer emails vs calling and Bonnie was very responsive via email. Waleed who determined the problem and then installed the new part was great to talk with, knowledgeable and has a positive attitude (which is great to see) I work in sales and with a lot of people and it difficult to keep the smile on your face and positive attitude as he did. The technician was about 40 minutes late, but was very courteous and figured out the issue very quickly.

WOW is all I can say. The tech called before he came, and arrived early. Turns out it was a simple fix, no parts needed. Competitor waiting for alleged parts costing $300, since Dec 15. I would recommend these people any day any time. This was my first experience with Angie's list and I'm sold. Thank you.

The service person came out 1st on 12/4/2012 to evaluate the problem. He was on time, knowledgeable, very experienced, and respectful. He let me know that he would go back and order the parts and then call to set up the next appointment. LG parts are notoriously hard to get, so it was almost 2 weeks before he came back and installed the new part. Then, he also checked to make sure the dishwasher was working properly in all aspects. I couldn't have asked for better service.

After researching appliance repair companies on Angie's List, we contacted All American about December 20th. I expected that due to Christmas holiday, we may have to wait until next year for service. Surprisingly, service was scheduled for December 28th between 8AM and noon. The technician called us around 8AM to tell us he was on his way and showed up 20 minutes later. My wife answered the door and spoke with the technician describing the issues we experienced. The tech pulled apart the dishwasher a bit. He noticed the water pressure was low and then discovered the water pipe was not turned on fully. He turned the water on full pressure. He apologized for not being familiar with this model dishwasher since it is only a few years old and Bosch has a nexcellent reputation for reliability. He suggested that if we have any further problems, we contact Bosch directly and seek out a Bosch repairman. The tech also said there would be no charge. I was thankful that the tech was so helpful and honest. We run the dishwasher once or twice a day since we have an infant who really goes through bottles. We have not had a problem after running the dishwasher at least 5 times now. It looks like All American found the source of the problem and corrected it. I will definitely contact All American if we have any other appliance repair needs.

The service rep was punctual, examined the dishwasher and pronounced it broken beyond reasonable repair and left.
