I had the locking mechanism on my gas oven replaced. All American Appliance Service, Inc. was very responsive in ordering the part. They returned to install the part within the time they estimated. The serviceman was very courteous and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the company. I previously called a company with a similar name and had a terrible experience. Please be sure you call All American Appliance Service, Inc. and not a company that uses a similar name.

Service was unbelievable. Service technician arrived at scheduled time and was very professional. He inspected the broken in-door ice dispenser door in our refrigerator. He noted that he had seen the same issue in the past. A portion of the hinge on the dispenser door had broken. He noted that in order to replace that broken hinge, the entire freezer door would have to be replaced since the design of the door includes that hinge. The cost to perform that would be approximately $700 and there was a probability that the new door may not match the existing door (it is a side-by-side model). He suggested that in the past he had installed small screws to perform the same function as the broken part of the hinge and the door would operate as it should. I agreed and it worked like a charm. Rather than spending $700 or more to wait for a new door that may not match, I spent $80 for a repair that was done immediately. They are responsive, reliable, professional, and honest. I will absolutely call them again for any issues that come up.

What a great company to deal with! It started with the extremely courteous receptionist who answered my telephone call through to the actual repair. I was told in advance the name of the service tech, when he would arrive and that I would receive a phone call prior to the repair to confirm. The service tech Mark showed up on time and was extremely neat and professional. Repair was done promptly, work area cleaned up, and performed at an extremely fair price. I would definitely use and recommend this company again.

Scheduling was great, Mark came on time, totally professional and pleasant and competent. Even managed to somehow answer questions without taking sides in my & my husband's "discussions" of Do you need to scrape the plates before putting them in the dishwasher...so diplomatic! Mark helped us solve problem with assurance that he would return if needed and apply service call fee to repair. Very good service, would certainly use again!

Great experience. They took a look at my washing machine and were honest about the cost to fix not being worth it. They even gave me some pointers on the purchase of my next washing machine. I hope to not need a repair for several years but, if I do, I will definitely call them again!

I was quite satisfied that both appliances were checked and diagnosed and all I paid for was the actual repair and part. I was also very satisfied with the price, responsiveness, and professionalism of the service person as well!

They gave me a good diagnosis but I had to buy a new dish washer. The person who came down was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything. He came exactly the same day I called them.

They seem to do a good job. It seem like they did the repair and the price wasn't too bad.

I called All American on Tuesday morning. Deena answered very promptly and was able to schedule a technician (Roy) for the morning slot on Wednesday. Deena was very pleasant and professional, and asked if I was aware of their service fee ($69.95) which would be waived if there was something fixable and they gave me an estimate, and if they did the work. This sounded reasonable to me. I had already checked out their website (see web link on Angie's List) and they are very up front about telling you that. Roy called ahead on Wednesday morning to say he would arrive in about half an hour, which he did. Roy was also very professional and friendly -- a person you could easily talk to, explain things, and ask questions. He tested the washer spin cycle without water in the tub, then checked underneath. He said the tub stabilizing springs were all in place as they should be, and he didn't see anything obviously broken. We tested the machine with water and clothes in the tub, but it performed normally. Go figure. Just like a machine to behave as it is supposed to when the service technician is watching! I asked Roy what the cause might be if I continued to have problems. He said it could be a worn tripod (the metal piece the tub is mounted on that allows it to move around somewhat). But fixing that would require taking apart most of the machine and probably wouldn't be worth the cost in parts and labor. So, perhaps I called for service when there was nothing to be done, but at least I know that there is nothing obviously broken, either! Also, All American currently has a 10% off coupon on Angie's List, so I got a bit of a discount for the service call. I have used Angie's List to find several service companies, and once again, I am pleased to do business with the friendly, professional people who are at the office answering the phone and the folks who come to my home to do the work. I am adding All American Appliance Service to my list of go-to companies!

They are absolutely superb. As always, they let me know exactly where I stand. They contacted my renters which was not always easy. They always give an honest estimate of what the price will be and then they call up. The good thing is I can just use my credit card to make the payment.

It went great; they were quick to respond. The guy had the part and fixed it on the spot; I thought they were reasonably priced. I was happy with the service and I have no trouble recommending them.

They were fine. They looked at it and told me I needed to replace it. They were courteous and on time. The guy that talked to me about it was good.

All American Appliance Service Inc were very efficient in everything else except that it took awhile for the part to get here. Overall, I'd say they were very good.

The company's technican, Mark, arrived on schedule. When we described the problem, he said, "This may easy to fix." He was right. Repairs were quickly made and he was on his way. Mark was courteous and quite professional.

I last used their services probably a month or two ago. My wife and I have just moved into our new home and we were having a dishwasher looked at, and I had them come by to take a look at it. My experience with them was very good actually. They do repair the dishwasher. They were pretty honest and upfront, instead of repairing the dishwasher they told me it would be a better idea to just buy a whole new one. Everybody at All American Appliance Service Inc I have spoken to is very nice. They seem knowledgeable. The people on the phone I spoke to in their office were nice. The technician who came by the house and talked to my wife seemed like a nice guy. They responded instantly to our query.

They were very good. They did great. They diagnosed the problem and didn’t double charge me when they could have told me that there were all kind of things wrong, when there weren’t. It was a very simple repair. They were honest about what was wrong and that is what stuck out the most to me about the service. I had another company repair one of the elements on the stovetop before and those guys gave me a long list of things that was wrong but I didn’t believe them, but I had to get it repaired, and they wanted to charge me about $300. The technician from All American Appliance Service Inc came out and within minutes, he told me that it was exactly the same problem but charged me only a $100, so obviously I would use them again. They were excellent.

He was outstanding. He said that he could repair it but with the age and everything, he felt that it would be better off if I got a new one. He got nothing out of it. He was very good because he told me not to buy a washing machine that has just come out on the market. I asked him what has been out on the market for a while and he told me and I went and bought it and it has been great since I got it. I thought the price was pretty good. He took the time to talk to me.

Great experience and service. I read reviews on Angie's list about All American Appliance and decided to give them a call. I left a message on a Sunday and received a call back from Bonnie the next Monday. She was great about working around my work schedule and had Mark come out between 10am and 1pm on a Friday. Mark was wonderful and showed up promptly at 10am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called local OEM distributors to see if anyone had the part. He quoted me a fair price with the added bonus of it getting fixed immediately (my time is worth more than the money!!). Mark left, went and picked up the part -quickly returned to my condo where he swapped out parts and had my microwave up and running again. Being that it would cost almost as much to have a new microwave installed above the stove and the old one removed - this turns out to be the cheaper option. I appreciated the help and as a first time home owner, I wasn't sure who to call when something breaks! Mark was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and professional. They will be the first call should any of my appliances break.

I called on a Saturday morning and was offered service on Monday. I was pleased to get someone out so quickly. The receptionist was very pleasant. The service repairman came during the projected time-frame. He had the needed part stocked on the truck and was able to repair the machine within 30 minutes.

We recently bought a short sale home and so we are having many items in the home inspected (HVACS, electrical, appliances, etc.). I hired All American Appliance Service to come out to inspect our dishwasher and oven. One of the burners was not working, the dishwasher racks were missing parts, and the oven did not work. In addition, I was trying to find the source of a weird smell. Waleed on time and was very helpful. Over two trips, he inspected the dishwasher to make sure it was working properly (it was--so the smell is still a mystery) and he replaced the roller/clips for me. In addition he also secured the dishwasher in place as it wasn't properly screwed in properly. He took a look at the oven and was able to tell that the wiring was not done correctly and that an electrician needed to come out. Unfortunately, the ignitor on the burner is not fixable but he did teach me how to light it with a match. Although there wasn't much for All American Appliance Service to actually fix, they were extremely professional and helpful. In addition, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I'll definitely call them again!

Mark from All American Appliance came out to look at my stove the same day that I called. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the new burner switch that was broken. He returned today-one week later- to install it all. He was professional and got the job done very fast. Very satisfied and would call on them again for future appliance repairs.
